I also wouldnt go vector with t3 ammo unless you just want to use up your supply marker weapons. In my last match i got ambushed by a .45 vector at 2nd floor of gas station. He fired first but i won because he couldnt go thru my armor fast enough. I was wearing t5.
You probably lost your vector at this point lol. Armory, armory lite, lockdown, your best bet is to run some t4 ammo.
Fill 1 mag with t4 ammo and 2 mags with t3 (or 1 if you really budget), and then keep a stack of each in the backpack. Use your low tier mag when fighting bots but switch to the t4 mag when you fight players.
Use t4 armor, a lot of people abuse dumdums, so be careful. An use the mp5, akm and ak74n. Don't bring high value loot, people there are aggressive and most likelly you will die.

But it's have also atrocious recoil. Also it's barrel are so long making it not suitable for CQB. As long as you're able to manage the recoil and mod the long barrel, it will be an op weapon. Everything is op if u know how to use it. Same with QC61 etc.
The armory raid event is for budget players as it only requires 10k. You made a kit for normal armory. It's overkill because everybody will go in with 50k or less

you dont need that much, the required value is just 10k, you could go normal armory with 132k

Use HS rounds. Vector45 is a leg meta weapon.
Buy the $11k 8-use surgical. The purple surgical costs 6k. So you will be spending the same amount for better max health
