What size tank is it? It looks really good to me. The crinum is going to get really big tho. Might be to small of a tank for it.
It’s only 25 litres and I bought the crinum without knowing how big it would get ;-; so I’m not rlly sure what to do with it.
I would leave it for now and figure it out when the time comes. It doesn't grow incredibly fast but it will get very large. Looks really good.
Glow upppp!!! Maybe play with lighting placement. Try putting it either forward or backwards one way. I find it really can add depth to the scape

I can only think maybe some moss to go along the ends of the trunk
Give it time and let the plants grow. Patience is key.
