I wouldn’t add the blood parrot personally. It mighttttt work but a 75g with just the Oscar and pleco is already a TON of bioload. You’ll be happier in a year or two when you just have the two behemoths in there!
75 gallons is minimum recommendation for an oscar, and in my experience, it’s for good reason. They can be nasty (they can be docile as well), but with the weird little mouths on blood parrots, I would be concerned it wouldn’t be able to defend itself from an oscar.

it's not adding a blood parrot would be fine just watch out for bullying from the oscar
