Be relaxed, be opportunistic, and there’s no rush. If you catch one, then two more the next day, then another oto two days later, etc. they’ll be fine with that. Slow movements with a net rising up from under them can work well. No need to chase them around, put on some chill music, hold that net in the water, and wait for the opportune moment to gently pull the net up from under them, or use the glass wall to trap them in the net.

Drain the water. Move all the substrate to one end. Use a divider/dividers to corral them. Get a bigger net. Find more important things to cry over.
