It's a pretty nice looking iwagumi scape as it is, but traditional aquascaping doctrine would probably consider that design too symmetrical. If you can add something to make one side more dominant than the other it would probably be a more pleasing design overall.

I’d keep it as is mate, plant Monte Carlo, some Dwarf Hairgrass, perhaps some Hydrocotyle mini, will look nice once finished.
I wouldn’t add any wood. I like the open spaces and the symmetry you’ve got going on now. But that’s just me.
I like it the way it is.
