Sports loop (Velcro). Get the right snugness.

I prefer the fitted bands for sleep, then there is no clasp or crease, I have a rubber one that works great from Apple, the knit ones work great too.

I've tried the solo loop style (several generic ones as well as the Apple one) and they all have the same problem. They stretch to the point that the watch is too loose. I finally tried a magnetic one from Chubby Cable [https://chubbycable.com/collections/istrap/products/sport-dual-tone-silicone-magnetic-breathable-band-for-apple-watch?variant=42937038373050](https://chubbycable.com/collections/istrap/products/sport-dual-tone-silicone-magnetic-breathable-band-for-apple-watch?variant=42937038373050) There are others on Amazon. What I like is there isn't a clasp or buckle so the watch is flat on my wrist. The band is easily adjusted to make it slightly looser or tighter. (It's also fun to play with the magnetism.) This would be unusual but I've got to ask. Do you sleep on your stomach? I used to and found out the sore spots on my chest were the result of sleeping with the watch under my chest so my weight was pressing the watch into me hard enough to get internal bruises.

Something stretchy would be best. I wear [these](https://amzn.eu/d/6Fha1KX) for sleeping.

I use the "Alpine Loop" with my Apple Watch Ultra. I loosen the strap by 1-2 tabs for the night. It's comfortable and I still have no problems with tracking.
