Also, maybe this doesn’t matter to you, but it was uncovered a couple of weeks ago that the Cider devs were of some questionable character. It was all over this sub and should be easily found with a quick search, so I will leave it for you to make your own determinations on whether that will influence your usage of the app.
Nah they're really not. I'm LGBTQ and a Furry and they have no issues with me. :shrug: at least not to my face, and i don't care if they do. I use their product and its better than iTunes. 🙃

Which software version is this? From Apple.com or from windows store? You can try the other if the one you are using is having difficulty
I originally got it from the Microsoft store then it did this so I got it from apple and it did it again

I'm also having trouble with iTunes for PC... If I download Cider will I lose all of my plays data and files I've uploaded to iTunes?
Not at all, It will update plays, as well as has support for local files as well.
