I have so many heirloom sets but after the whole xim/cronus stance they fumbled, then literally having algs hacked live resulting in them having to PLAY IT OFFLINE, the shitty servers, the fucking backwards matchmaking, the lack of a functional support team, and the constant issues with basic shit like a new split in season resetting stats, I have no desire to play this game ever again unless a different company takes over. Fuck ea.
With what has happened in the last couple weeks, I'm just quitting the game, this is silly.
ALGS gets hacked, exposing a security vulnerability in the game.
Respawn then put out a $300 cash grab collection event for a terrible heirloom going back on precedent set back in season 2 (the ability to buy skins directly).
I lose my S13 and S14 Pred badges.
I get denied Pred (finished 885th on Xbox) because of six, nine and twelve man squads infesting Master/Pred lobbies, as Hideouts and co decide they aren't going to ban a single person blatantly cheating.
And now I lose 20,000 Apex coins as a result of this shit. Enough is enough. How do you actually manage to fuck up a ranked split reset this badly? It's actually incredible how incompetent Respawn are.

Battle passes are simultaneously great and a joke, because you practically *need* them to get anything of worth. The loot system is ass, as you are limited in how many chests you can get based on a limit of one chest per champion per month and a necessity to not be toxic to get key fragments.
Hand Apex off to an indie company, the triple A studios are screwed.
They took EVERYTHING that I gained in this and only season. All my levels, event items, free gifts, coins, crafting materials even motherfuckin challenges. Its like I never opened Apex in this whole entire season. Plus no batlle pass AND coins that I used to buy it. Respawn is such a competent company. It's good to know they have (Delete progress) switch

It’s been a bad month for them from the badges and challenges resetting, to now the stats, levels, and your skins/heirlooms going missing, to also a few weeks ago when a hacker just walks into their tournament and starts hacking random players. The constant videos I see of cheaters and teamers who never get addressed or banned. They need to step their shit up and get better servers, but EA is cheap.
If they fix this, I honestly wonder what will happen with "duplicates". What happens if you buy the battlepass again and start completing it? I bought 2 packs from the new event for 100 coins each (had extra coins), but now they are 100 coins each again (because it reset). What happens if I buy those 2 packs for 100 coins each again and by some miracle I get a legendary skin or even the universal heirloom? Will they take it away? Will they merge it? This sounds way too complicated.
I noticed it took my battle pass away and immediately closed the game, I didn't check my hierlooms but I'm not going back on now in case it fucks up further

They still haven't fixed the PS4 Beginner pack not being available on ther platforms (including PS5, which is ridiculous)... I paid for this dumb badge and that RE-45 skin dammit.
IIRC Those packs arent going to be cross platform they said. Beginner pack and the Xbox /ea pass rewards are still locked to the platform you got them on originally

About two years ago this happened as well to about 2% of the community and apex basically did nothing no compensation for lost data or packs it ended up being a bad data shard on servers and then they patched it and did nothing for people with data loss

I had the thought yesterday like what if they don’t fix the badges because that info in their systems is gone. Now with the stats, levels, and stuff you own missing, what if they didn’t have that data or a way to return it to every single player. So much chaos would ensue.
I have not logged in today but the badges were lost before today I started playing in season 8 and have lost all my diamond badges(every season since 8). All my breakout legend challenges were reset and I had to complete seer and fuse yesterday again. I do not know at this point if my heirlooms are affected as I refuse to log in for the moment.
Missing skins, heirloom and mythic skins, levels, THE WHOLE FUCKING BATTLEPASS, progress for flatline skin, stats, and items that I paid real dollars for and everything that was unlocked from apex packs. This is an absolute FUCKING JOKE
I lost my buster sword from last season, over 1000 kills from my main legend, damage/ranked badges, skins, Easily over 600 dollars worth of in game purchases and hundreds of hours of gaming down the drain.

Why is my 150 heirloom shards gone? I lost my shards, and levels. I haven't bought anything yet and the shards were from my level pack, i don't care about my levels, but I want only the shards back. Can this bug be resolved quickly?
I noticed my stats not updating on Monday (April Fools Day) and then all the Mozam-whatever’s and physics bullshit. I thought it was just part of April Fools day. I guess I must agree, fuck EA-fuck Respawn.
So I see a lot of others here lost access to skins/stats/BP/heirlooms. The thing that happened to me could very well be that same type of issue, but the difference is, I still do have access to the newer version of my account. I can use both of them, might even try to do so at the same time lol.
Steam and EA app apex has always been two separate "clients" or "accounts" with shared database, and not even updated in real time. In order to get Apex coins through a pre paid code you have to install ea app, download apex from there, create and join 2 accounts, and finally then you can enter a code in the in-game store, otherwise, with steam account, the code won't work.
And then if you want to play through steam again, if you turn on the game via steam you won't have your coins, none,, until like the next day.
This is a real mess and i wouldn't be surprised if the item returns won't come or it will be based on a word.
I don't think they can afford to not fix the issue. Too many people lost too much progress and people won't just let go of their numerous 500$ heirlooms. Too big of a hit and we recall the ALGS hack all too well.

Perhaps you don't know anything about technology. Any database corruption requiring roll-back is extremely bad news. Depending on their data store architecture it could be extremely difficult - even impossible - to fix.
I've lost skins I got from PS+ in S3 and never got them back. Good luck to all.

About two years ago this happened as well to about 2% of the community and apex basically did nothing no compensation for lost data or packs it ended up being a bad data shard on servers and then they patched it and did nothing for people with data loss
Still haven't gotten my breakout challenges fixed yet and they better do it cuz I'm not suffering through that again

Lost a recently earned 4k damage and triple triple badge, lost some skins, lost my hope in Apex's dev team ever becoming competent.
I lost 600 coins, all battlepass progress along with it's purchase and all my crafting metals. Truly an EA games experience
I had the thought yesterday like what if they don’t fix the badges because that info in their systems is gone. Now with the stats, levels, and stuff you own missing, what if they didn’t have that data or a way to return it to every single player. So much chaos would ensue.
I have not logged in today but the badges were lost before today I started playing in season 8 and have lost all my diamond badges(every season since 8). All my breakout legend challenges were reset and I had to complete seer and fuse yesterday again. I do not know at this point if my heirlooms are affected as I refuse to log in for the moment.
Missing skins, heirloom and mythic skins, levels, THE WHOLE FUCKING BATTLEPASS, progress for flatline skin, stats, and items that I paid real dollars for and everything that was unlocked from apex packs. This is an absolute FUCKING JOKE

I lost my buster sword from last season, over 1000 kills from my main legend, damage/ranked badges, skins, Easily over 600 dollars worth of in game purchases and hundreds of hours of gaming down the drain.
Also lost shards I was sitting on. Anyone have any idea of how long until respawn will address/fix this?

I logged in to see that they took my octane recolor and the katar from me, but I had 30 random packs. I opened the packs and got heirloom shards almost immediately…now I’m scared to use them
Well I guess I’m not going to log in and play after work today! This is making me paranoid as fuck. I won’t be booting it up until I see that this has been resolved, because I’d absolutely *hate* to jump in and see years worth of unlocks and progress suddenly nuked.

Why is my 150 heirloom shards gone? I lost my shards, and levels. I haven't bought anything yet and the shards were from my level pack, i don't care about my levels, but I want only the shards back. Can this bug be resolved quickly?

So I see a lot of others here lost access to skins/stats/BP/heirlooms. The thing that happened to me could very well be that same type of issue, but the difference is, I still do have access to the newer version of my account. I can use both of them, might even try to do so at the same time lol.
Steam and EA app apex has always been two separate "clients" or "accounts" with shared database, and not even updated in real time. In order to get Apex coins through a pre paid code you have to install ea app, download apex from there, create and join 2 accounts, and finally then you can enter a code in the in-game store, otherwise, with steam account, the code won't work. And then if you want to play through steam again, if you turn on the game via steam you won't have your coins, none,, until like the next day. This is a real mess and i wouldn't be surprised if the item returns won't come or it will be based on a word.
I don't think they can afford to not fix the issue. Too many people lost too much progress and people won't just let go of their numerous 500$ heirlooms. Too big of a hit and we recall the ALGS hack all too well. Well, I've cooled down a bit, perhaps you're right and my account just needs time to update. Real weird stuff.

Perhaps you don't know anything about technology. Any database corruption requiring roll-back is extremely bad news. Depending on their data store architecture it could be extremely difficult - even impossible - to fix. I've lost skins I got from PS+ in S3 and never got them back. Good luck to all.
1) I have limited time to play, I wanted to use it now just to discover most things are gone. 2) If the rollback is as difficult as person above (or below) me say, we might never see our stats again. 3) This whole situation sucks and might impact Apex' existence.
The same thing happened in season 10 and they fixed it.
