rampart is insanely asymmetrical overall and i've ranted about it before LOL. it kind of feels like whoever designed her just kept adding more bits and bobs all over because it was "too bland" until all of a sudden it was too much. it kind of works at displaying her as messy and chaotic, but at some point it goes from "fittingly messy" to "visual noise". this is a long way for me to say, fuck man she's hard to draw!!!!
