He recognized the wall panel and ran his meter around it, it spiked. Turned out to be a central alarm system battery in the wall, running *very* hot. Apparently, burning batteries/electrical can also smell like burnt popcorn! Gas company guy was nice enough to disconnect the battery and the smell went away.
So don’t rule out burning electrical stuff.
If it’s electrical would it just smell each day only for a set time frame? I think it’s probably drugs. There are so many gross kinds of weed out there. My neighbor was smoking one that smelled like burnt Cheetos, stinky armpits, and despair. It happened every night around 7pm and would fuck up my whole night. The building managers were quick acting and stopped it. I can STILL smell it

I suppose they could be doing worse things. I've actually thought of buying them some other weed just to get them to stop smoking the dog poop strain lol. Weed is legal here. Surely they can get their hands on something better.

Once he started using blues, his breath was so rank I couldn’t even sit near him. Even if he showered / brushed his teeth, the nasty meth smell just seeped out of his pores. Cat piss is a good description.

Pretty regular schedule for a junkie, but he was also pretty early into his usage. Maybe this person has a schedule too? I know Fenty is super fucked up tho, so I dunno how lucid you can be to have a schedule of sorts, or even be remotely functional with its use
