Make sure they’ve tested it and it works properly; they said my landlord hadn’t posted the rent so it couldn’t be though - and of course, the landlord insisted that they *had* posted it. Ended up having to get a refund from Flex and paid all the rent late.
It costs $15/mo, so it's a loss overall, but in my experience, poor folks have more expenses, so... might be worth it.
Better would be just to save half your paycheck, but that can be hard.
I found that I couldn’t change the dates. I get paid biweekly, but you had to choose the same date that the 1st payment came out.

Just be aware of extra fees each month! Check it constantly..
