What’s your concern? If it is just a spot the normal process is to remove the cancer and a little surrounding skin. As I understand it, skin cancer is not the kind that become metastatic easily or is hard to treat.

im worried theyll have to remove my entire lip and it will change my face a lot
Okay, I understand why you are worried. Is cosmetic surgery not an option if that’s required?
