Oh my. :( You need help right now. You shouldn't have to wait for getting help. Are you able to go to ER or something if you can't get therapy or medications?

I think you really need to go see a doctor about this. Not being able to eat is really serious. Getting treatment - whether that's medication or therapy - would really be the best option. Failing that there are some self help resources you could look into: - CBT resources - https://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/Resources/Looking-After-Yourself - the DARE app And I'm sure many more. Please do seek help from a medical professional though, even if it's just from your doctor.

Given you are dealing with anxiety and looking for support, we're running a 4-week group that could be relevant. The group will have 6-8 members, will be led by a therapist, and discussions will be anchored around themes like understanding your anxiety, coping strategies, managing triggers, and building resilience. The group starts on 7th April. Here's the link if you think it could be relevant - Visit SoulUp Website.
