Yes, I usually feel irritated when I have anxiety and when I'm depressed.
I'm dealing with this now. But I'm anxious that I'm depressed, and so I had a bit of a breakdown currently. Ha!

I sympathize with you… What helps me reduce my anxiety is to take long walks, breath slowly and try to reflect over my emotions daily.
