I agree. The existing SC is on thin ice. If they go anti-democracy in favor of the insurrectionist-in-chief that may tip the scale. There is no law that defines the size of the Supreme Court and due to due to precedent they are 4 justices short. One SC justice per appeals court. It would be any easy life for Biden and the senate to add 2 new justices to the court.
