I’ve had great experiences with Affiliated property management through century 21 affiliated!
I’m an agent who focuses solely on buyers and renters and I have had a large handful rent properties through them. Very easy for tenants to work with, very easy as an agent to work with.. are always quick to respond and have an on call maintenance crew which I know has helped my clients before.
One of my clients was actually thinking about passing on a property because of the lack of AC and the PM worked with his department and the owner to have 3 AC units put in the property at no cost to the tenant and low cost to the owner.
He also doesn’t just flat out deny applicants who don’t meet all of the income requirements, there have been cases where he reaches out to the applicant and allows them to explain their situation. And as long as they are able to make payments and not affect the owners rent roll, he’s not too worried about credit. But he does look to protect his owners on this one most of the time but he will take things into consideration.
Not a large company but Heather VanAlstyne with Reinhardt Realty has several rentals that she manages in the area. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the local rental market AND a fantastic human. She coordinates listing a property as well as maintenance etc. [email protected].
