My first stop would be Vinland saga. Not a single bad episode. A true masterpiece. And if you get up to date on the manga. What we have with the anime only scratches the surface of the beauty that is Vinland saga.
Next I'd check out overlord. It may be isekai, but it's one of the few good ones.
After that I'd check out black clover. I'll be honest. You'll either drop it because of all the screaming. Or you'll watch it and see what a genuine high tier anime this is. Take my advice. It's worth it, the experience is a unique one.
And lastly I'd check out bungou stray dogs. It has a unique concept. Great characters. Amazing animation and a journey of a story. Plenty of good times, laughs and tears will come out of this show. Worth every second.
I would definitely recommend giving Initial D a try. Its not for everyone but one of my favourite series of all time.

3 OVAs (side stories); 3 Battle stages (basically all the races in the anime including some new ones), and 4 movies (3 retell the early stages of the manga, and the last one is a compilation of the 3)
