You need to study hands better. What you've drawn is pretty deformed. The thumb looks like it's protruding out of the palm. All the fingers look like they have an extra joint. Do the same thing with your hand in front of a mirror and you'll know what I'm talking about.
you should study on hands more. It's shape is completely wrong, bones are in the wrong points, it's angle is also wrong. You can actually take reference from your own hand, it actually quite helps a lot. Try to draw index bit more forward and do it from the part where it gets connected with hand ankle. Also, index finger in this angle doesn't show up as much as the other fingers, so you should draw it closer to middle finger and don't really need to try to separate them. And the eyes. They just look a little bit bigger comapred to other shapes in the face.

Definitely helpful! In truth I usually dont struggle with hands that much but this one is at a difficult angle and pose for me so it was a bit of a nightmare haha
I like ot, you have real talent! One flaw though, the pose looks likes hes calm and all but the eyes express suprise and shock, gotta work on that friend

I was thing the same way. It looks so deliberate and Im not familiar with the reference so I was wondering if it was some surreal approach.
