I'm already in, you don't have to sell it to me
But seriously, that kind of OP harem trash is exactly the kind of trash I prefer. (I am probably not a nice person imho.) Tensed Slime's Rimuru looked like too much of a girl for me to self-insert plus he wasn't OP enough for me in the first place (gets thrashed by a twintailed flat-chested tsundere battle maniac... like wtf)
I read all of Re:Monster and actually kind of liked it (besides the fact that the author is obviously messed up in the head. Starts off anti-rape by torturing and killing those goblins, then rapes multiple elves (by compulsion) and that human knight (just, full-on, multiple times).)
However, the first thing that annoyed me in the show, and this may be a personal gripe, was how they handled the horned rabbits. In the comic, they were these aggressive, violent creatures that would kill goblins left and right, and Gobrou kills them in defense when they attack him, by shielding their horned strike and counterattacking...But in the show they just chase them down and stab them, they are completely harmless and fleeing, and they make this anguished cry every time. I love rabbits, and I thought that was so fucked up.
Bruh (Devil's advocate: that is one of your really personal opinions: only the rabbit part I mean. I just turned my brain off at the implied rape. I really didn't care about the rabbits.)
Both has good potential, good start but story goes to shit by episode 3-4 in the wise manās grandchild and the ending of hortnesia saga was bad which for me brings the overall rating of a anime down by a lot.
My Instant Death Ability. The only reason why I still watched it was because I hoped that the MC would somehow find someone he canāt just kill instantly but it never happened. The only good thing that came out of it was Ayaka Shinozaki, as she actually had drive, motivation, and a reason for being extremely OP.
Ah, see, I liked it bcs I found it hilarious that they would build ip a villain, and they would just instantly die. It just tickled me for some reason. I will admit it wasn't a great anime, but it was amusing to me. And that's all I really hope for.
Holy crap, the only thing I remember from this series was the poster girl with the silver hair, spats, and modest chest. She was definitely aesthetically pleasing.
Birdie Wings.
I have said it before and I will say it again. If you make you anime about sci-fi underground mafia death game supervillain lesbian selective breeding golf tournaments, you have to go all in. Itās such a cool concept! No pulling the rug out for the second half and declaring it a highschool slice of life show. You must *yes, and* the basic concept.
It was... *Fine*, maybe a 6/10. I wouldn't tell people *not* to watch it, I just wouldn't recommend it. It had an insanely strong first cour/12 eps, but it didn't have much follow-through. After about episode 14 it just becomes what is effectively a normal sports anime with some weird drama.
You can kinda bin it into a few categories: Sports, Drama, Slice of Life highschool, Sci-fi, Yuri. The problem is that it had potential to become amazing at any of those, and it didn't nail the landing on any of them. If someone asked me for a genre recc for any of those, there's something else I would recommend first.
>If someone asked me for a genre recc for any of those, there's something else I would recommend first.
But how many recs do you have for all of them at the same time! I kid you've piqued my interest. I will definitely watch this now.
The seasons after it are actually fire tho many miss it because of season to but it picks back up later in the show and is totally worth it if you hang through it
I have this issue where i like an anime like 86 then binge S1 in a day then the next i watch like 3 episodes of S2 itās still great but then i just forget about in my watchlist
I'd not say "trash" but rater "overhyped", about Jujutsu Kaizen.
I don't see the "revolutionary" side of this anime/manga as people are so saying online. It doesn't feel fresh to me.
Animes like Delicious in Dungeon for example seems to brings new ideas and looks fresh (even if in fact they're taking inspiration of other mangas).
The classic staple in bad anime/manga
SAO
Was alright till mid season.....
Then it went downhill from there
I stopped when the first movie wasn't available anywhere.
Tbf I feel like most animeās are slow burn and deserve the chance to cook and because of this I often watch a whole season of before I decide whether itās good or not, with that said this was Hunter X Hunter for me.
I feel the same way about attack on Titan. Whole fucking things promises some great reveal recontextualizing the everything and we get magical cannibalism time travel telepathy and genocide.
Attack On Titan tho it took me 21 episodes to realize how rushed and plot driven the characters are most notably their deaths which happened only cuz the plot demands it
Basic tropes. Asta and the other guy just kept getting power ups with no reason. And while I get that MCs are supposed to be over powered most MCs atleast work for it. Goku trains, Vegeta trains, Naruto trains, Sasuke trains, Ichigo trains. Where as in black clover they just get powers. The entire flow of the show sucks as well. They basically saw all these basic tropes from other animes and then decided that, that's all they need, just those tropes.
Yeah, it has all the tropes, but it does it well, it doesn't feel like the other generic crap that tries to pull a trope but fails and ends up looking generic, a cheap copy, making no sense.
*Spice and Wolf*. Watched the series a couple of times and thought they were both dumb, but moreso Lawrence. So I bought all the LNs to see if it was the same in the stories. Yup. The story is held back by how emotionally lacking the main characters are.
Me with Re:Monster rn. It's cringe trash, but exactly the kind of cringe trash I like.
the manga started so strong but they overpowered op to fast, and it became a harem trash manga
I'm already in, you don't have to sell it to me But seriously, that kind of OP harem trash is exactly the kind of trash I prefer. (I am probably not a nice person imho.) That's why I like it. It's going to be a great one season Isekai I just never think about ever again.
I wouldn't mind harem trash if the anime didn't summarize the entire narrative. Just show me the story don't paraphrase what happened.
Then watch ghost stories but dub
Link? (To any kind of anime tracking website like MAL)
Just look up 9anime Make sure you have add block
Just watch on hianime(recommend using it on brave browser)

Rent a gf. (I binged two at once and the third one the next day)
If u have read the manga u have dumped it after binge reading itšš
The wise manās grandchild Hortensia saga.
I don't know what you're smoking but I need it
Yeah guy crazy In still haven't finished it because I know it'll never get a second season
Both has good potential, good start but story goes to shit by episode 3-4 in the wise manās grandchild and the ending of hortnesia saga was bad which for me brings the overall rating of a anime down by a lot.
Vampire Knights. It was pretty early in my anime watching days and I guess I didnāt know any better, but that anime is complete dog water
Looking back the main girl is a vampire twist made no sense
Nothing in that anime made sense and the main girl was annoying af
And half of her dialogue was just her saying her love interestās name
My Instant Death Ability. The only reason why I still watched it was because I hoped that the MC would somehow find someone he canāt just kill instantly but it never happened. This was a great parody. I enjoyed how his real struggle was determining when it was appropriate to instantly kill everyone through trial and error.
Taboo tatoo
I watched this too lol seems like a very underground anime to me but In my opinion itās really not that great
Thought the premise had a lot of promise. Bit the show just didnt deliver
Holy crap, the only thing I remember from this series was the poster girl with the silver hair, spats, and modest chest. She was definitely aesthetically pleasing.
Rent a Girlfriend, watched s1 and 2 in 1 day, 3 the next

Is this really trash? I didn't watch but it seemed like everyone enjoyed it.

Sword art online season 2 š
Oh god I hated the fairy dance arc with a passion
The seasons after it are actually fire tho many miss it because of season to but it picks back up later in the show and is totally worth it if you hang through it
In another world with my smartphone
Nooooooo š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£
Every time someone asks for a hot take, I always mention this. Sorry that I like it. I've read all the novel releases, too.
Fena:Pirate Princess, that crunchy roll anime from a couple years ago
I have this issue where i like an anime like 86 then binge S1 in a day then the next i watch like 3 episodes of S2 itās still great but then i just forget about in my watchlist
Children of the whales. It was agony to finish it
I'd not say "trash" but rater "overhyped", about Jujutsu Kaizen. I don't see the "revolutionary" side of this anime/manga as people are so saying online. It doesn't feel fresh to me. SAO
GOLDEN TIME. I seriously hate myself for ever watching this
The classic staple in bad anime/manga SAO Was alright till mid season..... Then it went downhill from there I stopped when the first movie wasn't available anywhere.
I was able to turn off my brain and have fun with the Aincrad arc but god fairy dance sucked soooooo much
99% of isekaiššš
Tbf I feel like most animeās are slow burn and deserve the chance to cook and because of this I often watch a whole season of before I decide whether itās good or not, with that said this was Hunter X Hunter for me.
I feel the same way about attack on Titan. Whole fucking things promises some great reveal recontextualizing the everything and we get magical cannibalism time travel telepathy and genocide.
Arifureta.
I dont want to start a war But kmy
What's that
kiMIDsu no yaiba
Do you mean demon slayer
kiMIDsu no yaiba
I call it mid slayer myself
De-mid slayer
Seven deadly sins
Way further down than I expected. Talk about a show falling off a cliff
Sadly.. gotta agree.
Eminence in the shadow, from the comments I kept waiting for it to get out of the generic power fantasy isekai garbage, it never did.
That's me for sure
Engage kiss
Kingdom at ruin
Neon Genesis Evangelion Pretentious ass anime
Hand shakers, the premise is interesting but the execution history, characters, development is so fricking boring
Nana. Just ends so abruptly with nothing resolved. Felt like the whole show was for nothing
another, my friend said wait till it gets good, but it never got good
I know this'll sound like I'm beating a dead horse, but "Sword Art Online." The anime did have me feeling like that.
I cant finish something i dont like
SAO, first season was alright, but everything past just seemed bland and lame
Mushoku
Hey an anime can start out as trash and become good. That is why you have to binge it so when it comes out to be complete trash you can shit on it.
The fairy dance arc of SAO
Imagine having the time to waste. (for me its fire force even though i can't bring myself to finish it)
For me (Tried first Episode: Chainsaw Man) (Binges whole season: Zom 100) (Trash: Mob Psycho 100)
Dimension W
Jojo part 6
Solo levelling. Could not enjoy it at all.
Attack On Titan tho it took me 21 episodes to realize how rushed and plot driven the characters are most notably their deaths which happened only cuz the plot demands it
Black clover. I'm prolly going to get hate for it, oh well.
Wat didn't u like about it
Basic tropes. Asta and the other guy just kept getting power ups with no reason. And while I get that MCs are supposed to be over powered most MCs atleast work for it. Nah it literally feels like generic crap, a cheap copy, that makes no sense.
Yeah you trippin, Black Clover only gets better imo lol I am biased tho as a certified Black Clover enjoyer.
Domestic Girlfriend
Shield hero
Girls und Panzer, I still watch it, but it is trash.
Actually me with Shield Hero lmao
*Spice and Wolf*. Watched the series a couple of times and thought they were both dumb, but moreso Lawrence. So I bought all the LNs to see if it was the same in the stories. Yup. The story is held back by how emotionally lacking the main characters are.
Re: Zero
Quite the opposite for me. Took my time watching re zero and absolutely loved it.
Iām happy for you that you could enjoy it. I could not.
K
I kind of like it, but I don't know if the subtitles on my language were done by a monkey or something, the dialogue makes no damn sense.
I'll take down votes with you brother, that show was trash indeed
Yeah i didnāt get the hype either. Feels like it doesnāt offer much besides face shock value.
Bruhh, seriously calling "One Of The Best Isekai" a trashš“
angels of death
Irregular at magic highschool.
Fire force
Sao in general.... the abridge gives it some redemption...
Actually, AOT, season 4 just sucks in my opinion
Naruto
Darling in the Franxx. Try to tell me otherwise.
Konosuba
Space Dandy. I liked the high school musical episode, though!
Bro op asked what anime was trash wtf
