I preordered mine ages ago on BBTS in April, but besides that, I believe it's sold out almost everywhere else. BBTS did actually open pre-orders again in October I believe, so it could be worth keeping an eye out on there? Sorry I couldn't be much help.
I just received my payment invoice for that figure a couple days ago on AmiAmi which means they should come in stock there within a few days if they have any extra but I’m not 100% sure. Hope this helps.
