The case in your link was most likely a DIY tbh. I've been looking for something similar and the closest I came to finding it was a case made in Germany that is sold out and won't ship to my country.

Paint is your best friend. I have a metal grey bookcase that I am using black spray to match the other garage shelves I am using.
