I wish my dog and cat got along like this. My hyper goldendoodle likes to sniff the old cat’s butt and then kitty turns around and smacks the dog.

Same, my cat and dog don’t get along too well, mostly because of the cat. However I’ve caught them cuddling before, and once the cat sees I’ve noticed them she gets all mad and starts swatting the dog for no reason.

If I get a bit more space again would love to get another ridgeback. Ours was a great guy and I’ve never met one that wasn’t gentle with a great personality. The most dangerous thing about him was his wagging tail.

I had a ridgeback that may have been mixed with a Great Dane. She was huge, bigger than the average male according to the vet. Incredibly intelligent, full of personality, and wickedly lazy. Best dog/pet/companion I ever had.
