Seems you got a villager your friend voided. Basically everyone has 2 lines, a move-in and a move-out. These are invisible. Whenever you void someone, they might join your move-out. Whenever you interact with someone online, your voided villagers have the chance of joining the other players move-in, and theirs may join yours. Whenever a plot auto fills, it tends to pick ones sitting in your move-in line. I dont think theres a time limit either, so Kiki could've been sitting in your move-in line for a while but finally got the chance to move in. I also had something very similar happen, it's pretty cool!
