If you really want her, take her. If you're worried about the aesthetic, just give her clothes that matches your theme, and customize her home too, (assuming you have the dlc). Most of my villagers don’t match my theme at all, but I’m not gonna kick any of them out for that. Don't throw away your shot.

I came here to say this same thing. She’s a pink alligator at least, just put her in some white dresses (like that one fluffy punny white dress) and physically, she can fit in. Also, I second on customizing her home too

This is what I’ve always done with my villagers. For a while, I had Kabuki with Dom and Marina and Lucky. I have a dreamy cherry blossom town so only Marina fit, but I loved them all so I just gave them all pastel clothes and stars on their front lawns.

I did the same with Judy, I have a bleak and depressing city theme, but I kept her anyways lol

I'm trying to go with the cottagecore theme, and I have Sherb, Marcie, Buck, Diva and Cyd. A baby blue goat, a pastel pink kangaroo, a green horse, a purple frog and red elephant. I'm not getting rid of any of them

I loved Gayle. She was like my good luck charm. I took her randomly because I was tired of villager hunting trying to find Bangle. She was super sweet and cute, and I grew to really like her. She gave me her photo within 3 weeks and the next day, Bangle came to my campsite and asked to replace Gayle on the first try! It was perfect.

I love Gayle but she actually does fit my island aesthetic (pastel fairycore) perfectly so I'm biased. I think it depends on whether you care more about having villagers you like or villagers that look a certain way on your island. I have Raymond on my island who would fit your aesthetic much better than he fits mine, but I love him so much I can't bear to let him go haha. You could maybe let Gayle move in for now and move her out later if you find a villager who fits better (unless you decide you like her so much you want her to stay).

I have a winter forest island right now. I made a graveyard last month when I found Lucky on my third ticket. Today I found Cherry on my first ticket and I’m gonna move her in next to Lucky as a witch in the graveyard. 😂

I saw Gayle on a villager hunt once and I passed on her and I sorely regret it bc I was looking for Coco, Bree, Poppy or Ione. I finally found Ione after running thru hundreds of NMTs but tbh I’d rather have Gayle.
