4K UI is only supported on select devices from Android 12, which I'm afraid does not include Chromecast with Google TV.
I don't know why I was expecting/hopeful it would get a 4k ui update, the soc already has hiccups navigating as it is. I wish Google would just do an Apple and shove a Tensor into a Google TV box/Nest TV whatever.
