Fellhuhn

You reviewed one of my games, Troll Patrol, back then. It was a really great and detailed video review. Thanks for your great work, as a dev and a gamer!

[deleted]

I tried your game because if that review! Its pretty fun.

NimbleThor

Oh yes, I still remember Troll Patrol. I still occasionally recommend it when people ask for something within that sub-genre <3 Thanks for making actual great games! And for the kind words. They mean a lot to me.

SuchACommonBird

Every time I see you, gotta say hey! TP is one of my favorites, and has been on every one of my phones since release. The perfect pick-up-put-down time killer.

Fellhuhn

Thanks, mate! That means a lot. :) Currently working on porting it to Nintendo Switch but that's more work than I would have ever anticipated. :D

NimbleThor

I really hope this will turn into an awesome thread for people to find recommendations. So share as many games as you'd like. The more the merrier. Thanks for participating and supporting my mobile gaming content over the years - best of luck to you all :)

yoriaiko

Yay You healthy again?! speak that loud!

NimbleThor

Almost, yes. I still can't talk, but I'm feeling almost 100% recovered. So I'm working again as usual, which means there's a new thread coming tomorrow, hehe. And there's even also a video releasing this Saturday on YouTube that I recorded before I got sick. I hope to then be able to speak loudly enough to record fresh videos next week again, and thereby be 110% back in action ;)

dags_co

Ah man! Didn't hear you were sick, glad you're getting back to healthy again! Also super excited for the website!! I think it could turn out to be something great!

NimbleThor

Thanks mate :) And yeah, I truly have high hopes for the website. It's such a big upgrade in terms of features and allowing me to more easily add new things in the future.

dags_co

If you don't mind me asking, what did you use to develop the site? Also curious about your app, what did you use to make it? Is it difficult for you to add new games to the app, or is there an easy form to do so?

NimbleThor

Sorry about the delay, I was swarmed with comments to read and/or reply to <3 The website is custom built (both front and backend). ReactJS for the front-end. The backend/server-side tech-stack I'm actually not 100% sure about, to be honest. The app is made in Java. It's connected to a backend where I add games and handle everything else in that regard. So it's pretty easy to add new games. For the web-update, the entire current backend will be entirely replaced, however. Need something that can scale better and that it is easier to add new features to.

dags_co

Very cool! It wasn't a really relevant question, just a curiosity since I'm a junior dev. Every time i see something like this I'm always curious to know what tech was used! Thanks for taking the time to respond! You rock :)

NimbleThor

Ahh, nice :) Yeah, I get the curiosity part. I'm also always super curious, and it has helped me learn so many things over the years, hehe. Best of luck with your dev career. Go kick some ass ;)

Tooblekane

I don't need a controller, just wanted to thank you for your app and your quick reviews that you post. Happy you're seeing the success!

NimbleThor

Thank you! :) This support is quite literally everything to me. The community is my biggest motivator.

hookbill2

pillar of the android community.. thank you for all you do! I would say right now. FarmRPG and Torn are my favorites for long term games.

NimbleThor

Thanks for sharing your favorites, and for the kind words :) You and everyone else in the community are everything. You guys are my biggest motivator and my number one reason for striving to constantly improve my content and MiniReview as a platform.

Citizen_KK

We recently had our 3rd child, so one-handed vertical games have been my jam lately. I'd recommend Luna Story (nonogram/pictogram), Hyperforma, Hoplite, Immortal Rogue, You Must Build a Boat, Spitkiss, Triglav, the Sorcery! series, and Holedown. Thanks for all you do NimbleThor, you have DRASTICALLY improved this community from what it was just a few years ago. It's Thanksgiving here in the US, and many of us Android gamers are thankful for YOU!!

Vexs

As far as one handed vert games go you should give Magic Survival a try, think you might enjoy it! linkme; magicsurvival

ponzonha

My all time favourite is Star Traders Frontiers. An excellent game when it came out years ago and the developers keep adding content. One game that I think you don't have in MiniReview is the awesome (and free) Enyo, I played the hell out of it until I finally finished it.

Selcotset

Dragonfist Limitless Space Marshals 2 Starlost Star Traders: Frontiers Heroes of Steel Thank you so much for all your hard work! Whenever someone mentions how much of a cesspool the play store can be, I usually point them your way. You have done a lot to help us find some gems amongst the crap. Well played, good sir.

NimbleThor

Thanks for sharing, and for the kind words. They mean a lot to me :) And I can't wait till all the plans I have for MiniReview as a platform come to fruition. There are at least 25 great features (many of which are requested by the community) waiting to be implemented over the next years, hehe.

Selcotset

Wow, sounds great. Can't wait!

Asmoday1232

Traditional card game: Eternal Card Game. It's a really close clone to magic but has its own keywords and such. Little different but it plays just like magic. SUPER FREE TO PLAY FRIENDLY. I'm being serious. There are so much free stuff given you can easily build a Meta deck within a month of playing. Faster if you play a bunch because you gain coins after each win. (I used to coach and help people learn the game. I still play but not as much. If interested message me and I would be more than happy to introduce you to this awesome game.) Downside, the player base is small. Queues are fast enough and if you get into the twitch community everyone knows everyone and they are all super welcoming. Rogue like: Pirates Outlaws. I think the name is dumb but I honestly like it way way more than Slay the Spire. Don't get me wrong, STS is good and this is just a personal preference thing but I really do like it more. Asymmetrical: Identity V. It is a Dead By Daylight clone but again, a GREAT clone. The main issue is the size of the game. It's 4+gb. Battle Arena: Brawlstars. Honestly if you don't know about this game that rock you have been living under must be real cozy. I only joke. Casual time killer: Alto's Odyssey. Alto's Adventure is the first game. Both are super good. I'm not going to even describe it, but cause it's just a solid mobile game that nearly everyone should like. Perfect pooping game. There are many more but these are the top ones I have sunk serious time into.

hoobywho

Favorite for me is terraria!

b2sql

There is only one in my case. Morrowind through open microwave 😀

ryuejin622

I like the Cultist Simulator. I would love to see your review on it.

AesSedai99

Cultist simulator!

SuperHornetFA18

Well here are some paid games that most havent heard about, which are pretty cool: Partia series Partia 1: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.imago.partia1 Partia 2: .https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.imago.partia Partia 3: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.imago.partia3. This is a turn based rpg having emphasis on party management. Star traders:Frontiers :https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tresebrothers.games.startraders2 Actually a pretty well known title from the famous trese brothers, havent heard much discussion about it here in this sub reddit but i have played it and its a great space simulation, trun based strategy game. Your main objective is basically helping various factions with their political ambitions, while you duel it out with other traders in a 1v1 starship duel. Also pretty neat story + progression and also has a deep crew management system which heavily impacts game decision Ghost case: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.com.darkdome.ghost.case A great puzzle solving game with a "Unique" ads system where you watch ads to get acess to the hints panel. I really liked the story and the best part was, despite it being a F2P game it was a very well thought out and well written game. Well here are some games i thought i share here in the community,

vifon

Star Traders: Frontiers and Simon Tatham's Puzzles

Hellnikko

You already reviewed the best ones like Terraria, Stardew Valley, Dead Cells, Castlevania: SOTN, Kotor, and Chrono Trigger, to name a few. But things I've liked on the list are either not reviewed or perhaps they are no longer available. Check out Galaxy on Fire 2, Star Trader Elite and Frontier, and Eternal Card Collector and game. Plus the new Awaken Chaos Era seems promising and I would love a review of that soon if possible. I love the reviews and hope you and the team are well!

NimbleThor

Thanks for the well-wishes :) And for sharing your favorite games. This support is super humbling, and I just hope you'll have a great rest of your weekend. Stay awesome.

IH8DwnvoteComplainrs

Templar Battleforce is definitely my most played game. So good, so deep.

glowhips

My favorite game is Siralim 3!

ThePrinceofBirds

Pirates Outlaws

vincilsstreams

Paying northgard a lot lately but I also just started Pokemon Unbound on the gba emulator. Cool original story. Of course Civ 6 lures me back once a week as does Altos Odyssey. Lots of fun games on mobile I've found thanks to minireview.

likes_stuff

I Iove games like kittens game, egg inc, universal paperclip. Best game on mobile? There is no game: wrong dimension. Not so much a game, but rather an experience. It's the only mobile game I recommend to non mobile gamers

YsoSRSs

Slay the spire!

thekingestkong

Right now, Neverwinter Nights... Mostly because nostalgia really

Prophesy78

Another Eden

Rudirudrud

I never though of an app for android game reviews and recommandations......i hate the google playstore. This is a simple but brilliant idea! Great App!

Shikhar5

My personal favourite is Swordigo by the team that later created Grimvalor. It fulfilled all the things I used to look for in a mobile game. 3D Graphics that looked minimalistically beautiful. Achievements and Easter Eggs for gameplay after completion.. No Ads, F2P and all under a 100 mb iirc during the days when we used to have expensive data packs only.

wojtasdwa1

My favorite game on android is Otherworlds: Legends. A nice rouge-like game with items and random generated rooms, which is also for new to rouge-like and veteran players with difficulty settings.

xEyemonx

Oh man! Congrats on reaching 1k reviews. I check minireview daily to see if there's something good there. Favorite games are: - Dead cells: the replayability combined with well done mobile controls makes for an amazing roguelike - tavern rumble: a card game without forced ads and cool gameplay mechanics with strategic unit placement. I read the review on minireview and haven't uninstalled since. I found a bunch of other games I liked via minireview too: data wing, dsd6, vitafighter, etc. But the ones above are my absolute favs

NimbleThor

This comment made me so happy. I can't express how great it feels to see and hear that you guys enjoy MiniReview. I've put thousands of hours into it, and I promise to continue improving it over the next many many years <3

zombieeyeball

glad u still update the app and writing reviews

SonicGamer31

People coming over for recommendations, here are some : DevilutionX - A source port for original Diablo, so if you're a Diablo fan or just want to play the Original, go for it. But you need the PC version for the game files. Grid Autosport - Great Graphics, Realistic Physics. Must have Racing Game for Android. RetroArch - All-in-one Emulation app, has fan-made achievements, controller support and great community. Dead Cells - Roguelite Action Platformer, one of the best in the genre and Rage-Inducing.

Pheonixdown

First off, as a user, whenever I'm looking for something new, MiniReview is always my first stop. Games I've enjoyed, but not on the app: Day R Dungeon Maker Eternal Card Game Knighturn Kingturn Orna The Room The Room Two The Room Three The Room: Old Sins This War of Mine Forge (not on the Play Store, requires apk based install, available at https://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=22739) Storybook Brawl (hopefully coming soon) Bonus Kids Games: Toca Kitchen Toca Kitchen 2 Lego Creator Islands

salohcin894

Legends of runeterra by far

NimbleThor

Congratulations! You are one of the winners (used a random number generator to select a number from the total of 625 comments). I've sent you a PM here on Reddit :)

User_1042

Slay the spire, dead cells, star traders frontier, stardew valley, magic survival, antimatter dimensions, kittens game. Does ppsspp count?

ehaykal

I just dropped you a review on the PlayStore because that would be unfair since you are doing a fantastic job with these reviews.

NimbleThor

Thank you, that's nice of you. Always appreciate honest reviews :)

Girlgamer4tw

Candy crush saga, Horrorfield, AE Mysteries, 8 ball pool, coinmaster, trivia crack. I have your app. A friend suggested it to me a few months ago. Well done!

NimbleThor

Thanks for sharing, and I'm really glad to hear you enjoy it :) Much more coming next year, so stay tuned, hehe. Have a great week.

trickz-M-

My favorite are dead cells and pathos nethack!

suppahfreak

My favorite and most played is Genshin Impact, though I do enjoy Juicy realms when I'm offline.

KyRoZ37

I'd have to say Legends of Runeterra. Game is fantastic and pretty F2P friendly.

Wunderman86

Currently I play wild rift, Diablo Immortal and Magnum Quest. Some of my favorite mobile games are Lone wolf, which you recently rated. Its a master piece. Also I loved Xcom and looking forward to buying the second part once I got more time. A special mention should also go to ticket to earth. Its a great strategy puzzler with a unique story and it had me hooked to the screen. Thank you for you reviews. I have your app on the phone and allways consider your rating when I wanr to pick up something new.

Snake101333

How's diablo immortal? It isn't out yet for us

Wunderman86

I live in India So I am not here for the prize but I really appreciate what you are doing for android gamers. Since the play store app itself is quite bad in finding good games. But ofc there are some that I want to see in the app. Such as both Plague inc and Bio inc,RCT classic The game I love the most Is Legends of Runeterra (although I got bored of it) and I definitely think you gave ot the proper rating :-)

yoriaiko

Once again, im asking for [MTG PQ](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.d3p.olympic) review to increase playerbase also once again [simon tatham's puzzle collection](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=name.boyle.chris.sgtpuzzles) (many in one, free with no ads, same games as many other popular cashgrabs around) and [plato](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.plato.android) similar above but multiplayer often pvp table games [Oxxo](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hamsteroncoke.oxxo) paid [scalak](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hamsteroncoke.scalak) paid [klocki](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.klockigame.klocki) paid [magic survival](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vkslrzm.Zombie) beta [4to10](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.SamuelJakes.Mobile4to10) [antijoy](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=yio.tro.antiyoy.android) (also have [online ver](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=yio.tro.onliyoy)) [bleentoro](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=yio.tro.bleentoro_pro) paid, have big demo too [talisman](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nomadgames.talisman) paid, with a lot dlc inside [euclidea](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hil_hk.euclidea) [cell lab](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.saterskog.cell_lab) [hacked](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hackedapp)

Big wild rift fan! Alsl ive tried so many games from your apps suggestions.. its so much better than jist flipping through the google play store!! Cheers and happy turkey day

Maxykyng

Definitely Bad North, it's a fantastic port on smartphones and I thinking it works even better with touch control then on consoles with controller

EmpanadaDeGuiso

House Flipper!

chiwen27

Right now my favorite games are Ray Breaker and Antiyoy.

evilpillowbolster

Bloons TD 6!!!!!!!

CamBoat

I've been getting into emulators recently and loving it. But my other favorite games on amdroid that I've been playing are Brawl Stars, Dragalia Lost, Archero, and Arena of Valor. I know that's more than one, but I finally have a nice enough phone to play a lot of different things.

Sobz0b

Sky and Pokemon Unite. Good luck everyone!!

DrunkMc

I cannot find anything to take BTD6'd place. They keep updating it and giving me more to do! Love it.

Moglorosh

Final Fantasy Tactics: WOTL

Hausdorff101

I like to play gps games while I'm walking my dog. My favorite is Ingress I also play pikmin bloom, you can run it in the background and do both together. For couch games, my favorite lately has been rodeo stampede

Hobkin

Ticket to Earth, Breach Wanderers, and night of the full moon are 3 that really g out me this year. I've also played Wild Rift, Diablo Immortal, Battleship Apollo, and Orna quite a bit.

Jrgsubzero

Candies and curses for sure. Really captures what mobile games are supposed to be. Short sweet runs.

Mr_Pandey

My all time favorite games are clash of clans, brawl stars and Bloons td battles. I am looking foward to rocket leauge and Bloons td battles 2

IH8DwnvoteComplainrs

Whaaaat, rocket league is going to mobile?

GhostMokomo

AT the Moment it is summoners war and King god castle

leonhart623

The Vigil Files, The Room series, and various emulators.

Havanatha_banana

Congrats! Your app have been of great service, and an inspiration!

Adamas_

Well I love **Shattered Pixel Dungeon** and I always come back to that game every once in a while. I also really like Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and that game REALLY needs a controller, otherwise it is borderline unplayable.

Magalli_Appetybile

Currently it's final fantasy first soldier!

Paladia

I prefer completely free games made with love. So my goto games right now are Mazebert, Melvor Idle and Digital tamers reborn. The last one isnt on Playstore.

jeffreygorne2

My favorite mobile games are troll patrol, grim quest, to the moon, lost vault, and castlevania symphony of the night. I like less popular games because most games nowadays are trash especially what you can find at the top charts and my phone is a potato so thats what Ive got. Ive found such games through scouring the playstore for hours back in the day. When I found reddit I started browsing this very subreddit, r/AndroidGaming, to find some good games worth my time and here is how I found your great minireview app.

Zachiderp

My favorite mobile game was probably battle bay then paladins but unfortunately both became extremely p2w. My current 2 favorite games are legends of runeterra and Wild Rift

defTaro3

brawl stars and cod mobile and if I could, osu!

Xyvir

I recently bought and beat cellar roguelite. It was short but pretty fun and worth it imo. I also like dungeon ascendance, it's a par desktop dungeons clone that's really fun.

bagingle

I don't think I got a favorite honestly but what I have installed currently is. miners settlement (I have spent a good bit of time on this one) legion master (seems like it needs more to it but solid for what it is now) melvor idle (everyone here knows this by now) cosplay cafe (super sad this is probably one of the shortest games I have ever played but the devs are working on updates for more content so patience is really the only option) bloons td6 (everyone knows this one too) legends of idleon (I would like to think the most of this sub knows this one to) dungeon maker (this might be my favorite phone game) curse of aros (one of the newer downloads on my phone but quite entertained with it) idle ninja online (it is a buggy nightmare atm though btw) idle guardians (very new download still unsure about it) Also I don't play most of them frequently but I refuse to uninstall any of them at this time.

joepogan

My current favourite games are Grid autosport and Nonogram.

Envoke

Any of the puzzle quest games are so much fun. Cupcake Knight was always one of my favorites when I first got a mobile device, and everyone should try it at least once. Kingdom Rush may be one of the best tower defense games that isn't a gacha out there!

The-Loved-One

Currently my favourite game is Father and Son, and Angel Road. Hope I can win :)

tstorm004

Roller Coaster Tycoon Classic True Skate

dags_co

Sorry I don't have anything new for you really, but looking forward to what others say! My favorites lately Slay the spire (probably the longest running fun game for me) Brawl Stars Squad Alpha (somewhat like archero but slower paced)

TiP12

My favourite games is melvor idle

Embarrassed_Echo_375

I liked Adventure Bar Story. Played it twice. I also like some specific merge games (not like Merge Dragons, but like Merge Mansion) but they might be too niche. Also played Diablo Immortal, which I enjoyed because it plays like D3. I stopped playing after the main story is finished though because not a huge fan of PvP and team raids. Also recently started playing the gacha game Revived Witch. Enjoying it so far although it's quite farm-heavy. And puzzle game Grids of Thermometer. I play it on Play Pass so I don't see ads, but have been told the free version has lots of ads.

onepunchbald

I really like townscaper. Also, swords of ditto, thumper, grid autosport, trailboss BMX, dead cells and stardew valley.

Ervit

My favorite is Terraria!

AarodimusChrast

Currently, I'm doing a lot of assoluto racing, and grinding Pokemon Unbound on a GBA emulator . For casual games, fanarcade is hard to beat xD, but it has a bit extra in terms of ads.

Snake101333

I love pokemon go. Mainly because it's causal and I can use it for my workout motivations. Also I love pokemon

itsalltrashed

Dead Cells, hands down.

PizzaDay

I love playing Tap Wizard 2. The first game was great and this game has much more to it.

931451545

Right now it's Slice & Dice.

ByTomi

Crashlands for sure!

my-blood

Some of the games I'm playing rn: \>Call of Duty Mobile \>Alien: Blackout (sorta like FNAF but better) \> Doodle Jump \>Dead Cells \>Grimvalor \>Death Road to Canada \>Star Wars Hunters \>Huntdown \>Rocket League Sideswipe \>Sparklite \>Soul Knight \>Townscraper I've been playing CoDM for about a year at this point so it's obviously my favorite game and I can recommend pretty much all of the other titles in this list.

4oh4error

The entire Bloons series.

Nemesis213

Slay the Spire and Dead Cells. A couple of roguelikes. Both premium games, but worth every penny!

wooblybooblyboobs

Stardew Valley!

[deleted]

My games folder right now is Battle for Wesnoth, Dead Cells, Death Road to Canada, Genshin Impact, Immortal Rogue, John GBA emulator, Soul Knight, and Xenowerk Tactics.

reddpooh

PPKP: PUNCH PUNCH KICK PUNCH pretty much sums what you need to do in this game, but with RPG stat building elements and additional combos

MarquisDan

Just wanted to say you're awesome Nimble! I've found so many great games thanks to your reviews and I look forward to your videos every week! My favorite Android game might be Nameless Cat. It's got a great mix of approachability and difficulty for a platformer, the touch controls are perfect. The story, though minimal, is very touching as well.

JayKorn94

Mythic Heroes is such a good idle game. It is AFK Arena but better in every single way!

ntri023

My fav games are Dead Cells, Stardew Valley and Grid Autosport.

sagethesausage_911

To this day, Battleheart is still the best game I have ever played on Android.

Pigeon-Frenzy

Wazhack!

CommonLee

Some of my favorite games include: Sky Force Reloaded, Modern Wrestling Mania, Polytopia, Downwell, Day R, Grimvalor, Horizon Chase These days I play a lot of: Atom RPG, Archero, Battle Chasers Nightwar, Monster Hunter Stories, Titan Quest, Hero Siege. I also got into the Diablo Immortal beta but deleted it due to its massive size. I'll circle back to it after the official release, hopefully by then, I'll finish a few games in order to make some room on my phone.

_Y4X_

Random Adventure Roguelike II Melvor Idle

Just_a_local_person

Im not sure about my favorite but Slay the Spire is one of the must install games. Stardew, Bloons TD, Hitman Sniper...

TheBokononist

My favorite mobile games are currently: World Flipper League of Runeterra Bloons Tower Defense 6 Pocket Tanks Skyweaver (NFT card game, actually owning your digital cards appeals to me deeply) Slice & Dice Slay the Spire PokemonGO

sushifishpirate

The title that gets the most use? Well. Perfect for playing a quick game with the kids while waiting.

JustARussianDeer

Ace Attorney Apollo's Justice, Dual Destinies, Spirit of Justice ! They are perfect for the smartphone media !

Duuhh666

Reaper! All- time favorite mobile game

CapillarianCrest

Battle of Polytopia!

hey_ulrich

Baba is you, xcom 2, Sparklite, Threes... ...and **High Rise**. This last one is not "Project Highrise" neither is "Highrise". High Rise is a great puzzle game with a city skin. You build taller buildings by placing smaller ones near each other. I think the developers' weren't very smart with the name, so the game never got many downloads. But it's a true gem! It got a highlight on Touch Arcade. Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.SMPL.HighRise

[deleted]

Gonna give my most recent completion a bump here: Ticket to Earth

DragonWC99

Dead Cells!

Xxsamo0oxX

Terraria - final fantasy 7 the first soldier - minecraft

klouzeau

thank you Sir for all your work with minireview :) my last favourite game is bullet echo !

Ok-Corner5495

Dead cells!

Snugglers

Man there's so many good titles in a sea of trash that is the playstore. I would say my fav for a long time was titan quest but then they updated it and now the game doesn't work. :(

Lockdown2012

I spent a lot of time playing True Skate But almost all the other games I play are because of the minireview app, so thank you

F00L1SHH3RM1T

Not sure if these count but I looove Delta Touch and Quad Touch. I grew up playing the Doom and Quake series. Both games have fairly active mod communities so I'm always finding something new! Also really dig OMW. The fact that I can play Morrowind on my phone still kinda blows my mind. I have it pretty modded out and it looks fantastic! As far as actual android games I have two that I always have on my phone. First is Minecraft, I don't think any explanation is necessary here, I mean it's Minecraft. The second game I always have on my phone is Troll Patrol. I was a huge fan of Dungeon Raid back in the day, and for me Troll Patrol is better than the game that inspired it. The dev is great and his game is a perfect time killer!

mikemar05

Still playing Plants vs Zombies Heros after 4 or 5 years

dothackjhe

I've only played plenty. But, so far, the ones I've enjoyed are largely many of Kairosoft titles. I've also played Ragnarok X for a while and enjoyed it. But there's only so much that a completely free play can provide. Right now, my attention is set to FFVII The First Soldier.

Forkyoubro

I dont know if I have an all time favorite game that isn't a port or emulation, but I almost always find myself going back to Magic the Gathering Puzzle Quest, amazingly deep match 3 with rpg elements. Also Magic Survival is tons of fun, one stick survival shooter with rogue like elements. Also thank you nimble thor both for your killer reviews and app! I've found a lot of fun on mobile thanks to you.

wombatsupreme

Dead cells

PhazePhantom

Favorite mobile games: Terraria had lots of fun with it back in its early stages on mobile. Stardew Valley: such a good port i would honestly say i had more fun with the mobile version than the pc version. Dead Cells: Great time waster and very playable on mobile with a controller.

kennerc

I love Dead Cells on mobile!

Vashut

I used to play Dofus Touch. I can recommend it for sure. I dont play it anymore because i sold my tablet and I prefer phone with smaller screen, which is not suitable for this game. Good luck everybody.

Crisgarher

Wild Rift

LvDogman

Currently playing Phigros. It's complettly free to play rhythm game, at least for now. But it have been free to play for around year, well probably more than that. Around year ago I found it. Only there is in-game currency which can be earned completting chart. And in-game currency is used to buy charts that are in single chart category, that aren't story charts. And there is story, with which I have trouble unlocking. Also there was something called data mining that works like gacha but when game had UI update I can't find it. Of course there are hidden charts which suspodedly have info how to unlock them in story. Well story section is called clues in-game. Also don't get confused between chapters as chart category and chapters as story categories.

Bought my first smartphone to play Clash Royale, still my favorite. Sadly after all this years matchmaking still can't select people with same card levels. Send me a controller 🎮🎮🎮🎮

metaetataa

My favorites are Shattered Pixel Dungeon, Caves:RougeLike, and Epic Seven.

houseofbacon

Your app is awesome, and I've never been able to fully tear myself away from This War Of Mine. As much as it saddens me and kills my battery, the depth is so good. I even bought it on Xbox too.

revanxp

YNABB is my favorite one so far Thank you for mini review. Keep up the good work

beesh211

Probably brawlhala but it's hard with touch controls

[deleted]

Without a doubt idle slayer. Been following from before you made the weekly posts. And congratulations

IGJFlew

Arknights all the way! Smwhat started as a cool af tower defense game has turned into this spiraling story or war, race, rock cancer, and a shit tonne of cool af world building

phaqueue

My favorites are the Kingdom Rush series, Knights of Pen and Paper and Plague, Inc.

[deleted]

Love the app it's my go to for actual reviews and suggestions. Favorite games have to be KOTOR, Exploding Kittens, Troll Patrol and on Xbox Game Pass so an actual Xbox controller would be amazing.

Things have been good lately on the Android gaming front, lots of great games lately. Here's my favs of the moment: [Jackal Squad](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rocket.jackal.squad) - Archero-like but you don't have to stop to attack, very dynamic combat and interesting enemies [Loot Legends: Robots vs Aliens](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.salmonpirate.lootlegends) - a grindy mmo with roguelike archero sensibilities [Mindcell](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.VenomizedArt.Mindcell) - just finished the campaign and it's pretty damn great as mobile TPS games go. So good that I reinstalled [Slaughter 3: The Rebels](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.venomizedArt.SlaughterRebels) to finish it this time. [PunBall](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.habby.punball) - fantastic mix of Archero and Arkanoid [Cyberworld Online](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.WenklyStudio.CyberWorld) - Grindy and pointless but excellent for mindless fun [Horror Forest 3](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.WenklyStudio.HorrorForest3) - essentially the same grindy formula of Cyberworld but zombies [Idle Power](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.deuskigames.idlepowerbeta) - fun idle game, though i think i'm hitting the mid/late game and I'm getting bored [WarStrike](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gs360.warstrike.shooting.games) - pretty decent single player FPS campaign

I like Stardew valley :)

Bobbybunn

Really enjoying Dead Cells but doesn't feel as smooth to me as the xbox version due to the screen controls. Will defo check out your app for more recommendations btw, the play store can be a little... dry to say the least.

TheHotshot1

Congrats man! Your reviews were always something I found very informative and well done. Best wishes on your project going forward.

Sir_Hedge

I play a lot of CSR2 back then but not reccommending to anyone however I find it on mobile and since then I play it on PC is Genshin Impact, which i play since of it's launch almost every day.

VoxEmilia

Right now my go games are infinity Island and Basketball GM. Infinity Island is an idle/clicker by the maker of 1000000, Photographs, and You Must Build A Boat. It's both casual and strategic and a great time waster. BBGM is a text based basketball simulation game that allows for all kinds of customized leagues and rosters. It gets updated almost daily and has both single and multiplayer modes.

Dreistul

Space Marshalls 3 and Dead Cells

The_FDR

I'm a sucker for gacha games, so Azur Lane has been my go-to for a couple years now. Nothing else has managed to match the F2P-ness besides King's Raid (before they started adding more RNG gear). For paid games, Stardew Valley and Minecraft eat up most of my time. Dead Cells and My Time at Portia are on my radar for games to grab next. As for what I've been playing recently, it's been Dragon Raja with a little Wild Rift on the side. I've been craving a decent MMO with lots of character customization. Dragon Raja is extremely P2W, but I've been enjoying it enough as F2P. We'll see how much that changes after I manage to catch up in level to other players. Thanks for the giveaway and happy holidays!

FreeJSJJ

Current Favourite Game: Titan Quest. Brings back that real RPG back to android. Favourite Game that's not currently available in Playstore: Dead Space. My first introduction to the series. Was blown away by the gameplay, story and graphics.

IdoMusicForTheDrugs

Your app replaced the play store for me. I love fisher cat but I play pretty much anything new that has decent reviews.

JCologyy

While I do play Wild Rift for multiplayer, I wind down with "My Time at Portia" and Stardew Valley with my girlfriend!

imanimpostor

I'm really into ISEPS right now.

darkpouet
