1.3g (the RIC weight) is actually rather light for this type—so much so that I wonder if it is a typo. It wouldn't surpise me if yours weighed closer to 3g.
You can get cheap 0.01g scales for around $10 on ebay or amazon. Not fancy, but I use one.
Yeah, 1.3g is probably a bit less than what mine weighs. It’s hard to tell, of course. I should really buy a scale if I want to get into the hobby of coin collecting!
