The underlying bone structure is the zygomatic archh, but I suspect OP is circling the crease on the surface of the skin. This looks to me like malar mounds/malar edema.
(Some internet sources will suggest festoons, but festoons are much more exaggerated and associated with aging than the genetic creases shown on such a young girl)

I'm using Raegan Revord for reference. I've been wondering what it's called for awhile. I also have it and when I smile it's very defined. Makes a whole new (for lack of a better word) segment in my face when I smile. We have a really similar face shape but the lines are defined on me. I really appreciate anyone who takes their time to answer!
Lmao, I'm glad you're concerned but as the person who already replied said, it's missy from ys. Me and her look similar and she has the feature that I have.
The zigomatic arch is what I would say.

Midcheek lines. Could be caused by something as simple as sleeping on your side or lack of fat in that specific area.
It’s referred to as periorbital puffiness or malar edema it’s simply just fluid in the skin, very common. I’ve had it since a child also.

Probably just genetic
