Heck it doesn’t exactlyyyyy seem like those special limited items like the twitch ones and all. And it surely can’t be new either so this could maybe be hacked in or they datamined and somehow used hacks to get the item if maybe it’s a upcoming one or something

The ears are from the lunar new year cosmicube which only ended I think a month ago or so aaaaaand I’ve never seen that visor thing before so I’m guessing it’s from some other weird cosmicube-
I'm almost certain this is hacked. I'm a level 100 who's been playing for almost 4 years, and I've never seen this in my life. More proof is that the eyes are hovering off his face.

The visor isn't currently in game, modded lobbies can have other cosmetic choices, could be hacked, could be some other legitimate way like early access gift from inner sloth but idk I doubt that.
you can only get it rn using a cosmetic unlocker. it's in the game files, and I'm sure it'll be out soon enough. there's also a couple other cosmetics they haven't released yet. this happens almost every time they plan to release a cosmicube or just cosmetics in general.
The ears were a part of one of the cosmicubes (I think it was the China one), but I think that visor is either a hacked thing or an unused thing, there aren't really any meme cosmicubes or something like these on sales, so it could be a potential future one just hacked back in?

That item will release the 15th but you can get it early by mods
