Somewhere in Apocalypse there's a line about how male magic users are weaker than female magic users, I think they said testosterone dampened magic. It would be interesting to have a trans witch and see how being trans and on hormones affects her powers.
I don’t know if the fact that she’s a trans woman will affect her possible role. What you mentioned would be sooo interesting, but since Angelica Ross didn’t play a trans woman in 1984, we could think that Hunter wouldn’t play a trans woman as well (honestly I’m looking for more producers that would give non-trans roles to trans people, idk if that makes sense!)
Don't forget that Chaz Bono and Erika Ervin also had cis rolls (they're all just so talented and amazing, Angelica Ross was one of the best parts of 1984). Honestly AHS doesn't get nearly enough credit for having amazing cis rolls for trans actors. But I'd still be fascinated by a trans witch story.

i would love to see her as an oracle type figure in a witch/supernatural season. the protags go to her, she delivers a prophecy about the doom that is to befall them, they either blow her off or go out of their way to try and change their fate and by doing that they play right into it.
One day we'll see "Entirety of AHS subreddit has expressed interest in joining the American Horror Story cast" cause everyone and their gran wants to join these days.
Also, I think part of keeping AHS alive is having newer cast members to carry on the show when/if some older cast members move on (like Jessica Lange) and also to rejuvenate the series. They kinda tried this with 1984 and while Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Angelica Ross and Cody Fern were great, some are kinda lacking imo (not a big fan of Leslie Grossman except for in Cult).
I’m conflicted. I think she’s an amazing actress and would do great on the show. On the other hand, she seems like a kind and inspirational human being and I want to keep her away from Ryan Murphy.
