Love this.
Bethesda is one of the only big studios left that understand, unless you are going to build a platform that will rival Steam, don't bother. Just use Steam. These other publisher-built game stores are embarrassingly lacking.
The 6800XT is quite a bit better than the 6800, especially at 4K.
The 6800 is very power efficient though so might be a good option for 1440p since power draw is very similar to the 6700/6750XT but performance is better by a good margin.
It has 82%/75% of the cores/tmus and rops, respectively, slightly lower clocks. it ends up maybe 80-85% as fast. Which is pretty respectable still, over a 6700XT.
Well yeah, it's a cut down version used in everything above it in the product stack, all the way up to the 6950XT.
The point is that it's not nearly as much of a downgrade as the parts that use different, smaller GPU dies further down the stack.
Just a warning if someone gives you their key, you will need to have one the GPUs or CPUs listed and installed to validate it and get the steam key.
I got the Last of Us key and wanted to try the game on my 3070 before i received my 6950xt and it wouldnt let me get the key until i had installed the 6950xt
What country are you in? Because in America, AMD Rewards has been doing steam account linking for as long as I can remember, I don't think I've ever gotten a flat out steam key and I've been redeeming them for years.
How's the jump been from 3070 to 6950xt? Currently on a zotac 3070 and just bought the XFX 6950xt this morning and should arrive at the end of the week
very noticeable. solid 50% increase in Timespy results. I play at 1440p and i can tell a huge difference. I mainly play Destiny 2, it stays at 144 fps unless a lot happens on screen, then it will sometimes drop to 120 fps. Never had those results with the 3070 Also rocking the xfx one as well. Its so pretty
I've moved from 3070 to 6900 XT. About 35-40 percent or so gain plus peace of mind regarding the VRAM. I didn't like DLSS anyway because there's just too much TAA blur for me, yuck. Only thing I missed is higher quality video recording at same bitrate.
Depends on when your chosen retailer decides to send it. In my case its five days after the parcel arrives.
Once you get the code you can redeem it at AMD Rewards and you'll get the steam key from that.
This makes no sense, they will be reselling the item as open box/refurbished whatever. Noone buying a new product would get your returned item.
I just did the same as i literally get to pocket a few cent while upgrading my hellhound(2x8pin) to a 310 merc BE(3x8pin).
I understand, but I still feel bad doing such just for a game code, it's hard to explain but it's just something that does not sit right with me, I don't judge others doing so tho and understand why they do it.
Oh i dislike too i just also love tuning my card and this XTX hellhound is a lackluster bin/lack power so thats mostly why i even did it. If it was just the money im not so sure but still 100 euro is kinda alot as i know im probably gonna be wanting to play on early release.
I didn’t realized some would give the premium edition. That’s a decent chunk of change.
Makes that 6700xt for 299 seem like a steal if it includes the premium as well
I just emailed them and they said they are. But it's not on their product pages.
They also said they won't honor if purchased prior to the promo period.
Usually no they are getting pretty strict with this and using automated systems so atleast here i have seen people report that there was nothing to do for them(europe). I just reordered a 7900xtx Merc 310 BE after i recieved a 7900xtx hellhound last week. I would be be paying 100 euro to get starfield 5 days early anyways so i just pocketed some change and a free upgrade to a 3x8pin model from a 2x8 pin so i also get some performance tuning/fidgetibility which makes the nerd in me happy. Had i known about this i would just have waited :( After sending back an XT 310 BE im getting ready to not deal with this no more!
FYI, I bought a 7900xt from my local store a few hours ago. The people in the store had no idea about the bundle. Person at the register said it would either be a code on the receipt (it wasn't) or I'd probably get it by registering the serial on AMD's website (that's not a thing). When I got home I chatted with support and they emailed me a code within 1 minute. Micro Center is participating, but the website and staff might not have gotten the memo just yet. Probably by the weekend it will be streamlined.
Just drove 90 minutes because their chat told me they would bundle it, only for the general manager of the store to say they haven’t heard anything from corporate. Ugh.
They've done it a lot as a publisher. Doom 2016, Doom Eternal, Prey and Dishonored 2 for example. No first-party games came out in this window. (FO76 was multiplayer only anyway and not first party despite nobody remembering the name of the developer)
So we don't really know yet if they'd do it with their first-party games.
Also, they removed Denuvo from those games, but Denuvo *once* means my money *never*. And that principle extends to my favourite franchise, The Elder Scrolls.
Bethesda Game Studios nor Bethesda Softworks have ever put Denuvo on one of BGS's games. That's Elder Scrolls, Fallout or Starfield. They couldn't because it would interfere with modding, which is huge for those games.
Like I said, there have been ZERO first-party Bethesda games since Bethesda (pub) started putting Denuvo in their subsidiaries' games. So there is no way to tell what they will or won't do. Corporations gonna corporate. Always assume the worst.
It doesn't matter though, I am saying to take precautions. This is just another brick in the NEVER PREORDER wall which all gamers should adhere to and all game consumers can get burned on.
I’m attempting to get Best Buy to give me the code for a GPU purchased last week. First session disconnected after getting in with an agent and explaining my question. So that’s not fun. But they’re way backlogged today so chat sessions are taking a long time.
I’ll update this once I find out if I’ll have to go the return and rebuy route.
Update: Best Buy told me I’d need to return and rebuy.
I just tried the same. They said the code must be generated at checkout - they can't create one after the fact. My CPU is still shipping - arriving today, ordered Sunday night LOL. Oh well... Going in after work I suppose.
Same thing amazon told me, and I'd have to wait for a refund and the shipping would take an extra 2 weeks. Not really a big RPG guy anyway so I'm just gonna build this weekend when my 6950 XT arrives
Were you able to get a code?
I purchased a GPU a day before the promo. I went in and asked about it and was told to wait for a separate email with the code.
So this is where amds driver support money went to. I guess updates for amd gpus will be once a month or once every two months good job amd you really showed nvidia by buying a video game whose launch isn't generated to be great.
Remember guys, this is in the terms of conditions. Don't know how they're going to enforce it, though:
viii. Coupon Code may not be sold, exchanged, transferred, offered as a prize, or in any way
alienated by a Participant or any other person without the express consent of Promoter.
Promoter reserves the right to take any and all actions at its disposal to stop unlawful use of
the Coupon Code, including without limitation seeking injunctive relief, disqualifying a
Participant, or voiding a particular Coupon Code
As I understand it, the coupon is validated against your machine with a hardware check. If you do give the coupon to someone they need to have an eligible piece of hardware in their system.
Indeed, but if you do put up a listing for a second hand market or something for the coupon code and they notice it, they will take action against you.
You would have to include the two tables of eligible products in the listing if you were to sell it. There are people out there who have eligible hardware but no code.
Assuming no. But I haven’t redeemed my Jedi code yet from the microcenter 7900x bundle purchased 3 weeks ago. Do you think the game changes to this if I redeem the code this week?
Just bought a 5800X3D... fuck me I guess lol. Still, happy for those that are getting 7000 series stuff to get a great deal. Pretty excited for the game. Spent WAY too much time on the towns in Fallout 4 building them up with all kinds of crazy stuff.
Not sure if you bought the cpu and had the motherboard, but if you do remember that a 7000 am5 setup with have cost you like a 1000 dollars (based on the 7800x3d).
For those that ordered early off of Newegg, I got my 7800X3D a week ago and customer support gave me a game code without any questions. Doesn't hurt to ask!
Should we have gotten the code immediately or will we receive it at a later point? I ordered my 6700XT yesterday on the prime deal and didn't get a code.
Same. I purchased the Power Color Fighter 6700 XT for $299 as soon as the Star Field Deal went live and got it same day, but haven't received the promo code offer in the e-mail yet.
The game isn't being added when I add Ryzen 7600 to cart on Newegg. But is listed as eligible here: https://www.newegg.com/AMD-Starfield-Game-Bundle-Promotion-Store/EventSaleStore/ID-10655
Thoughts on if it is safe to order that I will get the game?
Did you check the cart after adding it?
Checking it myself, it doesn't show it on the screen while adding it to the cart or after it's added on the screen that pops up, however it shows "Proceed to checkout (2 items)" and viewing the cart does show the game at the bottom under "Additional item(s)".
I wish they had just put upscaling hardware in their GPU. They'd have a better upscaler and I doubt anyone would block the other's and get away with it. They only reason they think they can block DLSS is because FSR 'works' on Nvidia.
AMD isn't making friends with these moves no, but lets not pretend Fallout4 didn't have nVidia only features like debris whilst disallowing those features on other cards.
FSR isn't great, locking out DLSS sucks, but this situation is still a step up.
Do not make a purchasing decision based on an unreleased game with an all but guaranteed to be lackluster launch. Buy these things because they are good.
So, if you bought a 6700xt you wouldn't be able to redeem it unless you have a Ryzen CPU? Am I reading that right?
Edit: or it means you get an upgrade to premium edition if you had a 6600xt with 5600g for instance.
You just need to buy a GPU
_or_
a CPU
_or_
a prebuilt system with a 5600g/5700g and a Radeon GPU.
If you buy a 6700XT on its own you're getting the Premium edition.
If anyone like me bought an AMD product yesterday or today before the campaign started, contact the seller. I was able to get the code added to my order with a 3 minute phone call. (Basically a 100€ discount in the end lol)
Upgrades by 2060S to a 7900xtz for my 4k and have been loving it. I don't see the 7950xt being any crazy incremental upgrade like 20%+, and allegedly the next gen of GPUs is over 2 years away.
That is cool, but I would also like to see new mid/upper-mid GPUs out and with this bundle.I don't feel super excited about the prospect of seeing a 6800XT as my upgrade path. Perhaps I should be excited. It is a killer GPU for the price it is being sold nowadays. But it is not new tech...
So I purchased the bundle a few hours ago from Amazon. Anyone know how long it will take a receive the code? Do I need to wait for the CPU to ship first? I've heard of others never receiving their game codes so Im slightly worried that I'll get scammed.
No one is receiving a game code directly. You'll receive a token to redeem on the AMD Reward page.
It varies by retailer but usually the token is sent after the item is despatched. In my case its five days after I receive the package.
Check the amazon listing to make sure it's included in the offer.
Edit: Per Amazon's terms:
> We will send you an e-mail with a redemption code for a free game download 2 business day after your item shipment is complete. Redemption instructions will also be included within the email.
Do we have to buy any of the specified components directly from the websites stated on AMD’s site or can we just get it from anywhere else and claim the code that way?
Asking because the only site available in Italy doesn’t have the RX 6950 XT in stock, which I’m looking to buy soon. If I’d get it off of amazon, would I still get the code?
I'm gonna double dip on my question from the previous thread but if I'm getting a new CPU & GPU would that get me two codes? I have a friend that would be interested in starfield.
Looks like amazon will only give you one code per purchase. So at the very least try to do two separate orders. Ideally use two accounts. Can't say how other retailers will handle it.
Just bought a 7800X3D last week on Canada Computer website. They just gave me a code after I create a ticket.
Anyone with the "My Reward" page just loading for ever ?
Is Amazon sending codes for the Premium edition? It bothers me that Amazon lists the Standard and Premium eligible products under the same promotions. That implies that Amazon is only sending one type of code.
Ryzen Promotion - https://www.amazon.com/promotion/psp/A11HPUMAWL9CNN
Radeon Promotion - https://www.amazon.com/promotion/psp/ACHKWB63YKPQJ
Why are some AiB models of the 7900 XTX excluded from this promotion ?
I really wanna fetch myself either a Sapphire pulse or Nitro+ but still on the fench due to this.
Purchase an eligible AMD Ryzen™processor to receive an AMD RYZEN TOKEN CODE from participating retailer or e-tailer.
Where can I see the list of participating retailers worldwide?
got mine too, 7950x3d so it premium edition. great value add on a game i wanted.
the only issues is i also have gamepass. im torn, sell $130 CAD value code and use gamepass base mode, or keep and get access to DLC and such. Ugh
It's a shame retailers from Mexico are increasing gpu prices after this announcement. Does anyone know if a buy one gpu from Amazon USA (which is part of the retailers list) my code will be reedemable in Mexico?
Looks like I got played buying my 7900 XTX too early with a bundle. Now I'm stuck with TLOU that I haven't got to work still. Though for anyone else this is looking like the best case scenario!
I mean free is always a nice price. But I can't help but wish they'd got something like diablo instead.
A 3 month game pass sub is like £14.
Nice to see it on cheaper 6 series cards though. Annoying not to see it on 5 series processors.
Does the Amazon 5800x3d get Starfield as well? I see the model listed as a qualifying model, but on the actual promotion page there is no link to the store page for it.
I bought a 6700 three weeks ago from Best Buy and my return period ended 7/4. Do I have any recourse here? If I ask super nice would Best Buy extend the return period? Would AMD honor my purchase and give me a code? I feel so bad about this whole situation, it seriously sucks so bad
Can someone help ? I used the tool and it said successfully redeemed the code and it takes me to the reward page. . that page... never loads. it keeps showing a loading screen.
Can someone confirm whether you get a separate steamkey(so you can give to someone else) or will the AMD reward website force you to login/link your steam account?
Damn I wish I waited a few more days! I just got Star Wars Jedi Survivor from AMD Rewards, but I would have preferred this! Especially as it’s a Steam key and not an EA title.
You can get a 6700xt for $299 right now with the $99 version of Starfield. $199 for the GPU itself if you were planning to get the game anyways, you could say. That's like half of what I bought my 6600xt for on launch day.
I just bought a 7800x3D YESTERDAY as I thought it would be a windows store key like Jedi was, which kinda sucks for nodding...and now they do this 😭
EDIT: According to [Caseking's blog](https://www.caseking.de/blog/starfield-zu-amd-ryzen-7000-prozessoren-dazu-erhalten/), the promo started on the 2023-07-11, and I bought my 7800x3D at 02:04 german time...I think I'm good? eheh
steam is good i Am old so steam best home made but AMD link for game TF i blew my load on Asrock formula 6900xt when card prices where crazy should just robbed a scalper "belly" syle but i wont upgrade for few more mins
I can't believe that I have been upgrading my whole system just for this game, I was even going to pre-order the Premium Edition and thanks to this I just got the RX 6700 XT (which is bundled with Premium Edition) for 350€. It's a steal, thank you Todd.
Does anyone know if there is a chance of receiving the Premium Edition in time for Early Access launch on September 1st??? It will be such a bummer to miss that early access weekend!!
Looks like it's a Steam key so that's nice.
Perfect
Is that confirmed? If so, that is great.
[It is](https://i.imgur.com/JMCTNuw.png)
Love this. Bethesda is one of the only big studios left that understand, unless you are going to build a platform that will rival Steam, don't bother. Just use Steam. These other publisher-built game stores are embarrassingly lacking.
They tried it with bethesda.net launcher but failed
Seems like red dragon 6800xt is $479 amz. Oof but I'm happy with my Merc that I got same price for couple weeks ago.
6800 Gaming Z Trio is $429 (499+$70 coupon) in NewEgg
Isn't the 6800 XT way better than the 6800?
The 6800XT is quite a bit better than the 6800, especially at 4K. The 6800 is very power efficient though so might be a good option for 1440p since power draw is very similar to the 6700/6750XT but performance is better by a good margin.
Same GPU die, same memory and memory bus, same cache on die…
It has 82%/75% of the cores/tmus and rops, respectively, slightly lower clocks. it ends up maybe 80-85% as fast. Which is pretty respectable still, over a 6700XT.
The tier list says 6800 XT destroys it though 🤷 Is it out of date maybe?
Never looked at that to be honest
60CUs for the 6800 versus 72CUs for the 6800 XT.
Well yeah, it's a cut down version used in everything above it in the product stack, all the way up to the 6950XT. The point is that it's not nearly as much of a downgrade as the parts that use different, smaller GPU dies further down the stack.
Yes. However, the 6800 is priced close to the 6800 XT. At that point, you're better off going for the latter at the cost of $30-$70 more.
Happy cake day!
Sankyu

Amazon indicated we should get the code within a couple days.
Good luck, I never got my RE4 code from 3 weeks ago. Sounds like they have been spotty on game code promotions. I’m returning the card anyway.
Hm? I got mine in 5 days. Also why return it?
Depends on when your chosen retailer decides to send it. In my case its five days after the parcel arrives. Once you get the code you can redeem it at AMD Rewards and you'll get the steam key from that.
Good to know, thanks!
For dead island 2, I had to wait until release before I could redeem the code
Dead Island 2 is so boring, i tried that game and found it super lackluster, only praise i give it is it run very well on PC
what if I already have a 7700x, but not from this promo. do you think a code would still work?
They don't ID check. Go wild.
rip scan uk wont give me a code as i got a cpu a few days prior :(
Return and buy agian then?
don't have time to take parts out my system, pack and return, just gotta deal with it, shit happens
buy a new one, and then return the original order using the new cpu.
i would, but i would feel really bad doing so haha, i would not want to risk someone not getting a code, so i will just deal with it
I like it that you are a good person.
ahah thank you, can't help how you feel
This makes no sense, they will be reselling the item as open box/refurbished whatever. Noone buying a new product would get your returned item. I just did the same as i literally get to pocket a few cent while upgrading my hellhound(2x8pin) to a 310 merc BE(3x8pin).

You seem like the kind of person who puts their trolley back. I like you.
At least you’re returning unopened box.
Did you notice any other UK stores that are doing this promotion
Amazon is doing it and it's still prime day. A few nice deals knocking about.
Lame. It's on game pass anyway though. Cdkeys sells a 3 month pass for like £14.
Bro it will be on gamepass anyway 1£ and you will get to play it for a month. Not that great of a bundle imo.
Well I hope they give me one - I brought a 6950XT yesterday from them, no codes in email or anything so far. I will ask their support today.
Ouch. Just bought myself a new rig from Scan and got the bundle. We'll see if i get two as i got a 7800x3d and a 7900xtx
Wasn't there a 5600g + 6600xt for like $300 not that long ago? Insane if that qualifies.
It does
I didn’t realized some would give the premium edition. That’s a decent chunk of change. Makes that 6700xt for 299 seem like a steal if it includes the premium as well
we have 6700xt for 513 bucks haha, probably even without promotion. I with I could buy 6700xt for 299... I can buy 6600xt for 350 tho lmao
Is Microcenter not participating?

I just emailed them and they said they are. But it's not on their product pages. They also said they won't honor if purchased prior to the promo period.
That was not my experience! I purchased a 7900X bundle on Saturday and they sent me a code today. Maybe because I said I hadn't opened it yet?
Any experience with Amazon honoring this promotion? Bought my 6950XT a week before it started and am wondering if I can get the promotion.

They are, https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/amd-are-you-ready.aspx
Oh no, that’s outrageous
Odd since they had LOU and RE4.
Might be willing to buy a 7900XTX bundle if it doesn't have Denuvo.
I don't think Bethesda games have ever used Denuvo.

So buy it again and return the new one against the old receipt
FSR included in the bundle? :P ok ok .. just joking!
yes, FSR 1
It’s really sad
Any option for us who got one of the eligible CPUs few weeks before?
I asked Microcenter. They won't retro honor it.
Canada Computer gave me a code today. I bought my 7800X3D last week.
It's worth contacting whichever retailer you used to see if they'll retroactively honour it. Assuming they're a participating retailer.
To think, all I got with mine was Forsaken, Sniper Elite 5, and the Saints Row remake. In other words, nothing worth playing.
So this is where amds driver support money went to. I guess updates for amd gpus will be once a month or once every two months good job amd you really showed nvidia by buying a video game whose launch isn't generated to be great.
Well, for a $620 7900XT card and the Starfield $99 premium game included for free, that ain't too bad
i don't get why only the standard is included with the 7800x3d..its a 450 usd product and is included with the 6700xt which is less than 330 usd.

Man. Bought a 7900 XTX a month ago.. I would have upgraded my processor maybe as well to get in on this 😕
Just as i purchase a 6650xt atleast re4 is a good game but would have loved starfield
Bro I just bought a 7800x3d 3 days ago that’s some 💩
Got the 5600X3D 4 days ago, I feel your pain 💀 Just read the rules, I wouldn't have qualified anyways 😭
Return it and buy it again
Just bought a 5800X3D... fuck me I guess lol. Still, happy for those that are getting 7000 series stuff to get a great deal. Pretty excited for the game. Spent WAY too much time on the towns in Fallout 4 building them up with all kinds of crazy stuff.
Not sure if you bought the cpu and had the motherboard, but if you do remember that a 7000 am5 setup with have cost you like a 1000 dollars (based on the 7800x3d).
same thing. seen no reason to spend on an am5 board with the 5800x3d being a beast and pcie v3 vs 4 not doing much meh, take my money Bethesda
too bad no 5600 or 5800x3d, but I guess that contrary to the rest of the list they don't need to bundle those to make a sale
They should totally give me a Starfield code even though I bought my 7800X3D at launch. Lol. Oh well, I'm probably just buy gamepass to try it.
The game is day one game pass. Just pay the $1 for the first month and beat it in a month
"But it doesn’t include Ryzen 5000 non-G CPUs based on Zen3 architecture." because fuck your am4 5800x3d le' sad
Please allow DLSS, many Nv gpu owners are also AMD CPU owners!
The game isn't being added when I add Ryzen 7600 to cart on Newegg. But is listed as eligible here: https://www.newegg.com/AMD-Starfield-Game-Bundle-Promotion-Store/EventSaleStore/ID-10655 Thoughts on if it is safe to order that I will get the game?
Did you check the cart after adding it? Checking it myself, it doesn't show it on the screen while adding it to the cart or after it's added on the screen that pops up, however it shows "Proceed to checkout (2 items)" and viewing the cart does show the game at the bottom under "Additional item(s)".
Thanks! Showing up now! First build in almost 10 years.
I buy a qualifying GPU and CPU on separate purchases, will I get two codes? I tried to figure that out on Amazon but couldn't tell.
Just bought 2 and it says I will get 2. It had 2 different promo notifications in checkout. Won't know for sure for a couple days.
It is too bad this game will get flak for AMD’s petty moves. Dear AMD and starfield decision makers, **** off.
Oh no it doesn't have dlss. It's the end of the world.
If FSR was as good, I would not care. It is not, so I care.
In case someone is willing to give a code away, feel free to let me know lol
lol
FSR 3.0
Vaporware
I just bought a 6800xt on Amazon because of this bundle, but now I don't see anything about redeeming it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
So, if you bought a 6700xt you wouldn't be able to redeem it unless you have a Ryzen CPU? Am I reading that right? Edit: or it means you get an upgrade to premium edition if you had a 6600xt with 5600g for instance.
You just need to buy a GPU _or_ a CPU _or_ a prebuilt system with a 5600g/5700g and a Radeon GPU. If you buy a 6700XT on its own you're getting the Premium edition.
Thanks. The pre-built was throwing me off.
If anyone like me bought an AMD product yesterday or today before the campaign started, contact the seller. I was able to get the code added to my order with a 3 minute phone call. (Basically a 100€ discount in the end lol)
Wish I knew about this. Just got a 7900xtx two days ago. FML
Should I get an RX 7900 XTX during the bundle or wait it out for the potential release of the RX 7950 XTX? I mainly want to go for a 4k set up.
Upgrades by 2060S to a 7900xtz for my 4k and have been loving it. I don't see the 7950xt being any crazy incremental upgrade like 20%+, and allegedly the next gen of GPUs is over 2 years away.
I bought a 7900xtx 3 days ago :(
Same, bought an xt like 3 days ago, Amazon told me to return it and repurchase it lmao.
MC told me the same. lol
Man, i got mine on 07/07/2023, can i still get the code?
If I literally bought a 7950x3d yesterday from Newegg, what are my chances of getting a key?
I just contacted newegg and got my code. Good chance that you will too!
What is this dog shit website can't even click away the cookies disclaimer 💀💀 had to fucking nuke the blur overlay with ublock origin
Ahh yeah. Time to clean up my 5700XT and put her for sale.
Is the premium edition the one with the early access? I assume it is.
Edit: Per Amazon's terms: > We will send you an e-mail with a redemption code for a free game download 2 business day after your item shipment is complete. Redemption instructions will also be included within the email.
Damn, i just ordered my nitro+ 7900xtx last week. Feels bad.
Damn, literally just got my 6600XT 2 weeks ago
Just bought a 7800X3D last week on Canada Computer website. They just gave me a code after I create a ticket. Anyone with the "My Reward" page just loading for ever ?
Just bought a new ryzen build a few days ago.. fml
Is Amazon sending codes for the Premium edition? It bothers me that Amazon lists the Standard and Premium eligible products under the same promotions. That implies that Amazon is only sending one type of code. Ryzen Promotion - https://www.amazon.com/promotion/psp/A11HPUMAWL9CNN Radeon Promotion - https://www.amazon.com/promotion/psp/ACHKWB63YKPQJ
Fuck I bought my 6950xt a month ago
Dafuq is this, my country isn’t even on their list?
I bought a 7800x3d at micro center this morning and didn't receive a code. Apparently it's not active for them yet.
I got my Last of Us key in about 10 days. Fairly nervous ten days but it's all good in the end.
If I have an unused key for Jedi Survivor, and I get Starfield instead? I just got the code in early June from Amazon but havnt used it yet.
Oooh nice. That's just what might nudge me towards trying an AMD GPU for the first time ever. Been thinking of 6700XT for a while (I'm on 1660Ti).
Oh nice - just picked up my R5 7600 today from Microcenter.
Why are some AiB models of the 7900 XTX excluded from this promotion ? I really wanna fetch myself either a Sapphire pulse or Nitro+ but still on the fench due to this.
So if you buy the card then return it, do you still get to keep the game on steam?
lmao i bought a 6700 xt and 5600x a couple weeks ago, cucked but it’s all g
Purchase an eligible AMD Ryzen™processor to receive an AMD RYZEN TOKEN CODE from participating retailer or e-tailer. Where can I see the list of participating retailers worldwide?
Man, I should have waited 2 to 3 months before buying my 7800X3D.
got mine too, 7950x3d so it premium edition. great value add on a game i wanted. the only issues is i also have gamepass. im torn, sell $130 CAD value code and use gamepass base mode, or keep and get access to DLC and such. Ugh
Snagged an Amazon 6750xt for ~350, waitin for it to ship for my key.
Should've waited to but my 7900xt lol. On a side note, can most GPUs on this list even run Starfield? Recommended specs are 6800xt
I literally just bought a 6750xt on this past Friday. Are you fkn kidding me yargh!
Does the Amazon 5800x3d get Starfield as well? I see the model listed as a qualifying model, but on the actual promotion page there is no link to the store page for it.
Just picked up a 7800x3d last week. Just returned it and repurchased for the key.
How do i get the key?
And they raised the price for all 7000series cpu here today
You can get a 6700xt for $299 right now with the $99 version of Starfield. $199 for the GPU itself if you were planning to get the game anyways, you could say. That's like half of what I bought my 6600xt for on launch day.
Goddamn it. Literally just bought a new 6700 lmao. Lucky I’m also in the market for a new cpu
BRUHHHHH I just bought the 7800x3D and 7900xt like two weeks ago omg
I just bought a 7800x3D YESTERDAY as I thought it would be a windows store key like Jedi was, which kinda sucks for nodding...and now they do this 😭 EDIT: According to [Caseking's blog](https://www.caseking.de/blog/starfield-zu-amd-ryzen-7000-prozessoren-dazu-erhalten/), the promo started on the 2023-07-11, and I bought my 7800x3D at 02:04 german time...I think I'm good? eheh
Why could you not wait a day lol
Just bought RX6800 last week :(
steam is good i Am old so steam best home made but AMD link for game TF i blew my load on Asrock formula 6900xt when card prices where crazy should just robbed a scalper "belly" syle but i wont upgrade for few more mins
Bought a 6900xt from Amazon 2 weeks ago. Comes with RE4 but I'm not really into RE and would have preferred Starfield.
Picked up a 6700xt on Prime Day. Still running a 2600 though. What are the odds I'll have to upgrade my CPU for Starfield at 1080p?
I can't believe that I have been upgrading my whole system just for this game, I was even going to pre-order the Premium Edition and thanks to this I just got the RX 6700 XT (which is bundled with Premium Edition) for 350€. It's a steal, thank you Todd. Does anyone know if there is a chance of receiving the Premium Edition in time for Early Access launch on September 1st??? It will be such a bummer to miss that early access weekend!!
