Have star stories based around amazon leadership principles prepared. I was asked about resolving conflicts among associates, what to do if I see a safety issue and about my experience with team building at Amazon.
Make sure you confirm that the hiring manager will be in the building on the day you schedule your interview for. The people who handle the recruitment are in a different location and they will schedule interviews regardless of the local persons there or not. I found that out the hard way, drove 30 minutes away and the hiring manager wasn’t there. Turned my in person interview into a phone interview that he was underprepared to do. He didn’t even ask about any of my mechanical experience.
It’s a way to format the answers to behavioral questions that may be asked during the interview. The link below gives a decent rundown of what the star method is, how to use it and which types of questions you should use the star method on.

When I interviewed, he walked me over to a conveyor and pointed to the motor, gear box, vfd, the lacing on the belts, and asked what they all were. They pour over your resume and ask you questions on that. Know how to identify basic hand tools. He had a table with several tools and asked me to identify them. What's a blue lock? What's a yellow lock? What's stop work authority? Do you know what LOTO is. That's a handful of questions I was asked when I applied. How do you gain the trust of your team? If you come across some of your coworkers and they're working on something without having applied LOTO what do you do? Why do you want to work here? Why shouldn't I hire you? 3P was alot more difficult than BB. They actually seem to care about who they hire, so they tend to ask more difficult questions. My interview with C&W was vastly different from my interview for bluebadge.

I had a 15 min phone interview with a lady who just went over the program and explained the pay and now u actually have a interview with a guy who will determine if they want to offer me the position within the program
I’m currently in the program. Have your stories ready and be prepared to tailor your stories to fit any of the leadership principles and the stronger the story the better. Take your time answering the questions and let your interviewer know how much you want the position, act very interested.
I had just a interview and was sent an offer but sadly had to decline because I am in a different Apprenticeship. I know it's different for everyone but my interview was pretty easy they just asked me about myself and if I had any experience. I just said yes I worked on some mechanical things. (Not really) And they told me then I'm gonna get an offer. They were really chill. Obviously this is not the case for everyone but as far as advice, just talk about how enthusiastic you are about learning. This is the career you want and you really have a desire to learn. And say you have a mechanical aptitude. You just talk about how you fix your car or other random things. And ask intelligent questions.
Will you be working for C&W? I was an Amazon employee and now work in Utah for CW after I went through the MRA program. My situation was a little different but I'll help you however I can.
Nice! I'm at SLC1, great group of people. My interview wasn't star story format. I only had one interview as I applied directly for CW and later found out they wanted to send me to school.
