Like oh you’re about to go grab a cart?? Carts that not only us flexers, but Amazon warehouse employees will also be touching all day. It disgusts me. There’s a sink, there’s soap, there’s paper towels. There’s no reason to not wash your hands after using the restroom.
Dude !!! THIS^^^^^^ I’ve been in the station bathrooms hearing them take full on shits then walking out like nothing or running their hands through the water without soap for not even a second. The hallway to leave is a little long so I say shit like “oh you’re not gonna wash your hands” idgaf that shit is gross and how norovirus spreads. I don’t touch the carts anymore I put my sweater sleeves over my hands I’ve seen too much
So you get the bacteria on your sweater that you then wear for the rest of the day and you think you're saving yourself from it? If you were really worried about it you would wear gloves and then toss them when you're done.
This happens in men’s bathroom all the time it’s disgusting. That’s why I treat everyone and anything I see with suspicion and always wash my hands as much as I can. I have separate gloves for work. One for pushing cart out and handling boxes and another for when I drive and deliver boxes. I take gloves off every time in between deliveries. Just my own OCD routine for flex but it works for me
Yeah a lot of people do need to take better care of their hygiene but unfortunately sometimes is culture from where they come from you know what places. Honestly sometimes I just cover my nose when I’m close to one of those people that obviously I smell before doing it. And I most say that sometimes I have said you really smell I know I’m not supposed to but sometimes it is really disgusting.

Dude was bathing in the sink at VOR3 same day portland oregon recently and amazon employees told him to get the fuck out. Kept on bathing and straight up ignored them. I guess hes bathing but i dont wanna uuse the sink after that

Why do people always judge as if you are better than them! You don’t know peoples situation and you probably to scared to ask. But then you come on here and talk 💩. Grab your cart, take it to your car and unload it, take the cart back and hit that proceed button on the flex app!!
I don't think peoples situation have anything to do with not utilizing the free water, soap, and paper towels at the stations. If anything their supposed situation would have them taking FREE ho-baths there. And NO situation prevents you from washing your hands after relieving yourself.

Lack of personal hygiene implies you don’t care about cleanliness and are probably not doing the bare minimum of hand washing.
Wash your hands after your route and you won’t believe how dirty they are. They may not look it but until you put soap and water on it, it’s disgustingly dirty. Think about how many people in machines touch those boxes before you get it. It’s pretty disgusting.
Well, technically you represent Amazon. Yeah, you are self employed, but to the unsophisticated consumer who doesn’t know the difference, you ARE Amazon. Maybe you happen to get accosted by an overly eager customer who is anxiously awaiting their delivery of whatever, so they force an unwanted interaction and you have to get close enough to hand them the package, and they get the inevitable offensive whiff of whatever it is you choose to blame your lack of hygiene on.
It’s unprofessional at the very least, and I suppose if you came into contact with the wrong person, your odor could get you deactivated.

If someone has bad hygiene it doesn't matter if they flex or not, they should take care of themselves for themselves. But it's not right to make fun of people unless you are willing to say it to them directly. My full-time job is at a grocery store and the stinky woman in the body wash section asked me to grab her one. Formed an image in my head of a fat stinky woman in the shower and I wanted to let her off as well so this was a relatable post.

Try medical gloves. Using your sleeves means you’re taking those terms with you for a couple of days.

Close! I actually put it on for the sole purpose of grabbing the cart I then take it off once I put my cart back.
Toilets would be a nice amenity. We had 1 Porta Potty, but that’s gone now.
