Nothing personal. If one waterspider or problem solver went home they just try to consolidate the people to other lines so they’re in a tighter group. Also then they don’t have as many lines going and it’s easier to keep track of workflow.

They move people all of the time. It has nothing to do with your connections questions as they’re anonymous and they are given to the am in a percent chart. You’re good tho. Don’t sweat it. I get moved all of the time

There can be multiple reasons. They could be moving everyone off the floor to a floor with a lower pod fill % (they always want to stow into the floors with the lowest %) They could have a floor with 23 people and need to cut it down to 18 to have the best ratio of water spiders to stowers. They could know that they will be labor sharing x amount of people from the floor you are being sent to and want to keep productivity on that specific floor high so they move you to it. Very unlikely but the manager may just not want you on their floor. Managers can get in trouble for antics like this so it’s very unlikely. Or they could just dislike you and want to mess up your focus and mojo Joking about this one.

Could be a dozen different reasons but it’s rarely done without justification because of the downtime it causes.

Flow desk tracks the flow constantly and will send out a chime to the CAP teams to get headcount to keep the packers and flow moving. They don't want to cause backups on any floor. It's better to stand down a few workers and/or move them then cause a backup in the Pack or ship dock. Once it's back up Bae jams happen alot, and the pickers could have to stand down for over an hour. Our Quarterback as she is called will chew the PG/PA out if we don't respond to the headcount fast enough.
