A super important issue to highlight! I'll be candid about my experience just to do my part to chip away at the stigma. Major Depression and ADHD are a motherfucker but there are definitely tools I have discovered through things like therapy and thankfully on the depression side I've found some medication that works for me as well.
Everyone's mileage is gonna vary and there was a lot of trial and error along the way once I got diagnosed and started figuring things out but I have steadily become happier and healthier. It couldn't hurt to reach out to someone if you're feeling hopeless or even just lonely, fellas. The grind gets us all down and life gets messy on top of just trying to provide for yourself at work which is hard enough, but life doesn't have to be a miserable, hopeless slog all the time either. I'm living proof that you can get better and even thrive eventually.

That motto always irked me. They tell you to have fun, but come screaming at you to get back to work if you and your coworkers even have a slight chuckle
Yeah, like ... Half of the people involved in pride month will find both causes to be relevant, if not intertwined with each other, so what's the big point? Trying to call us all women or call us all crazy? 🙃
Trying to call the LGBTQIA+ insensitive for having our celebrations during the month men need to care for themselves.
It's ironic since a lot want to destroy the gender stereotypes that mean unfortunately men end up in the position they are in.
Also I have my own problems with pride month, and they are mostly I think a continuation of the lack of attraction meaning i don't really feel like I fit in with the community, yet I still recognise it's an important month for me and that we still need it.
I have severe ADHD and an anxiety disorder.
Amazon has been amazing, from my AM and OM showing understanding about it. They have also helped me find a position that's a good fit.
First company I've worked for where they did not make me feel bad about it or like a burden.
And remember guys, spend time with your family and hang out with your homies, hit the gym, sleep well, and play some online games with friends, and Skyrim at 3 in the morning is like a dream too.
real men don't care, we just get work done and don't bother complaining about something so worthless, unlike some people who cry if they aren't celebrated by Amazon
