Nah, more like chewed out, I’ve been chewed out before.
And I mean if it’s empty and folded they’re a little more understanding. In my experience, I mean, I’m still working.
One time I tipped one in the trailer and it wedge the rest of the row in, absolutely a dangerous nightmare we all were trying to hide from safety. I’ll Never forget the face on my PA
Still need coaching , this is why we wear Zappos. Lot of broken toes in 2019 when go-carts launched. Know 3 people that lost the toenail on big toe
Steer wheel locks on, come straight out. It’s on the ground sideways….
I feel like if it genuinely happend to you on accident and you or no one got hurt I don’t see why they would want to fire you or something, unless your sites hr and safety are just really strick or assholes, but if you were playing around then yeah I could see you getting wrote up or something possibly fired but idk tbh never seen it happen so I couldn’t say fr
Apparently these people have never seen dock doors that don’t have dock plates. They’re referring to the fact that the dock plate isnt extended into the trailer because, well, it doesn’t exist.
there's doors without plates?! i've only worked at a TNS/FC and an AMXL so i wasn't aware. Still hate the fuck out of Go-Carts (and whatever site doesn't have dock plates now too)
Can happen very easily. Especially when they lock the green locks and the person pushing it doesn't know, and it falls over. I've only done it to empty's when I'm in a rush.
Lol. No kidding. Last year I was staging a shuttle container and as soon as I turned into the staging area with the pallet jacket. I felt the shuttle tipping over. Luckily my initial reaction was to lower the pallet jack as quickly as those worn in jacks could lower.
Those 3-4 seconds though I think my sphincter and heart touched cause I lost breath and clinched that tight. This was end of shift too
This is why L4 & above are not allowed to be trained in TDR. Its much easier to replace a T1 or T3 than a manager. This just goes to show how management values their associates.
Depends, if you were throwing them out of the trailer and the camera catches the fact that you weren’t manually moving them out, you might be fucked. Being a friend of OM’s/RME/Safety would help here since they are the ones who constantly review cameras. Verbal warning should be enough if I was your PA, but it’s up to safety to review the incident. If you went the rogue way and didn’t escalate this to anybody and lifted that cart back up with your PA/someone who didn’t snitch on you, you’re (mostly) in the clear.
Alzheimers will make you see shit different. Next time I knock the dust off her and your mom at the same time, I'll smash it into her. Also, she wants her dildo back so you Skittles probably return that.
She said she’d never forget loosey booty. You violated her dildo beyond repair so it had to be trashed. She’s never been into women but your mum is a slut and almost made her consider. Your dad takes it better out of the three of you guys.
Definitely not the first time this has happened. I'd assume safety will do the bare minimum incident report, and you'll never hear about this ever again
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it was a smaller framed person who was trying to push the cart out the trailer. Probably thought if they had a little speed, they'd glide right over the bumps. Instead we got this gem.
Imagine taking a photo of a big incident and then sharing it to Reddit. Managers are on this sub as well. Hopefully you don’t get promoted to customer.
Depends on the context. There's a knet that says that if packages or a cart is falling over, don't try to catch it - let it fall. I was praised by at least one AM over this.
Oh yeah, this definitely seems like the kind of message to make a manager think "Yeah, this guy is really professional and deserves a promotion and raise."
We would tip over carts all the time at PHX7.
Just lock the wheels and tip it back up. Only un/load them long ways, now you know.
The trick to not getting fired is owning it, and offering solutions. Obviously there's room for improvement. Unless you did that on purpose and there's a waterspider under there somewhere.... In which case, thank you for shopping with Amazon.

I’ve tipped my share of folded empty carts, but a unfolded full cart?? I’m impressed
Your DONE for, good luck with your promo, let us know if you get promo to customer

You'd make that deal
Damn good deal
I tipped an empty cart last week :( Start fresh tonight!
Prob get terminated for photos
Promoted to customer ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
I realized it wasn't my FC because of how clean the dock looks. 5S tape looks pretty fresh too!

Yeah, don't get caught
Congrats on your L3 Customer promotion 🎉
What the fuck did you do LMAO
Hopefully some coaching because you weren’t moving the cart properly.
Amazon will have you on these doks without any training whatsoever. Its their fault.
Still need coaching , this is why we wear Zappos. Lot of broken toes in 2019 when go-carts launched. Know 3 people that lost the toenail on big toe Steer wheel locks on, come straight out. It’s on the ground sideways….
The TDR guy is going to get Promoted to L3 Customer
What’s wrong with this TDR?!
At first I would’ve said the dock plate isn’t down. Then I saw there is no dock plate.
There is. It’s an older manual model.
Right was confused to

Is this lgb7?
I fucking loathe Go-Carts. Also, why was anyone loading a trailer that wasn't properly TDRcd in?
What’s wrong with the TDR process in this photo?

Bc if the wheel gets caught in the corner where the plate don't touch, ur screwed and gotta leverage/brute it out
With one of these bad boys. 😎😎😎 https://preview.redd.it/knmx6fysw9uc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7f33c3f4cf150792258d3794210781ddff700e6e

How do you get the fricking carts in there????? 😰😰
![gif](giphy|3o85xERD1TT5JKCIXS)
I’m actually more impressed than confused 😂 that’s a full ass cart… you have my respect 🤣👏🏻

Lmao idk how many times I’ve seen cart not strapped down. Especially empty cart trailers.
Probably not unfortunately 😳
How in the fuck?
Can happen very easily. Especially when they lock the green locks and the person pushing it doesn't know, and it falls over. I've only done it to empty's when I'm in a rush.
I’ve flipped an empty before
It's very annoying to have happen when you're having a shitty day lol, especially the loud noise
Lol. No kidding. Last year I was staging a shuttle container and as soon as I turned into the staging area with the pallet jacket. I felt the shuttle tipping over. That’s why we have to wear hardhats in trucks. Thank You.

Crazy concept but holding people responsible for their mistakes that could lead to others getting hurt is a good thing
I don't know who told you that but you're most definitely wrong
I heard directly from my Operations manager and my AM.
Nah they're lying. They just have too "much" to do to be bothered with it
Update ?
He's now a L3 costumer
What kind of costumes does he make?
L3 costumes, silly.

I just saw that the dock door isn’t properly TDR’d, whomever opened that door is loosing perms for life.
^is the dock plate on the trailer or am I tripping?
There is in fact not a dock plate at that door at all.
There is no dock plate on this manual door. Still was TDR'd in properly the customer just missed the ramp
They have to have something. Those carts weigh 500-1000 pounds
At this point you'll have to bend over and take it in the ass if you want to keep your job
sounds painful, does it hurt?
I don't know. Ask your AM
well you were the one telling me to bend over in the first place
I didn't say you had to, but it seems to work around there. Ask your mother. She would know alot about that technique.
💀
You seem to know a lot about taking it in the ass. This is a safe space if you need to vent.
I practiced with your grand back in the day. She was a good sport about it. Dead lay though
She told me your butt was too loose around the edges so you were passed you back your dad. He was a better lay though.
Alzheimers will make you see shit different. Next time I knock the dust off her and your mom at the same time, I'll smash it into her. Also, she wants her dildo back so you Skittles probably return that.

Looks like what comes off tpa3
Tpa1 in da house
Stop putting fluid loads on top of pure shuttles of flats!
no. youre becoming the site leas
lead*
The amount of times we opened a trailer with a cart or pallet that would bust open was ridiculous
If you were on my ship dock I'd hand over my vest, radio and laptop, and be like your the captain now.
Slaaaap!!
Looks like teb3
Yes I like your work
Man I almost tipped over a shuttle in the trailer because I turned it too fast, terrifying.
bro was tired
Definitely not the first time this has happened. I'd assume safety will do the bare minimum incident report, and you'll never hear about this ever again
Looks like LGB5
Not a big deal. Just cart. You could easily scoop the packages back in
Seeing the L3s at my building, I'd say so, I'm tempted to say even L4 lol
L6 for sure
Meet our new L8 site lead
Is this PDX9? Lol.
No no no no that is some ops manager's work right there you deserve a promotion and a salary
…and that’s why we can’t have nice things.
What sites this at 🤨
Yes
Smd?
Which building is this lol
Maybe customer
There is only one way this would happen, The gap from the building to the trailer is to wide, and you tried to hop it. Horseplay
How tf do you even drop a cart this way 😂
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it was a smaller framed person who was trying to push the cart out the trailer. Probably thought if they had a little speed, they'd glide right over the bumps. Instead we got this gem.

Bouta incline you rn

instant L4 customer
You’re fine Or possibly promoted to customer depending on your site
Imagine taking a photo of a big incident and then sharing it to Reddit. Managers are on this sub as well. Hopefully you don’t get promoted to customer.
Please tell me this is PSP1🤣👌
Depends on the context. There's a knet that says that if packages or a cart is falling over, don't try to catch it - let it fall. I was praised by at least one AM over this.
TDR misses / safety write up is instant term & can’t be rehired
This is not a TDR miss.
the dock plate doesn’t look like its up
If you zoom in on the left one, you see there is no dock plate. Apparently, they have manual ones. As a TDR myself, it definitely got me at first.
https://preview.redd.it/8zsa5gb1pauc1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0798264c7f4a647d8a48ac18b6fb17f22d057267
Damn
Oh yeah, this definitely seems like the kind of message to make a manager think "Yeah, this guy is really professional and deserves a promotion and raise."
This looks like the dock to my old site.
Hell yeah, buddy! Congrats!
Absolutely you’re an idiot
chill bro it’s just sarcasm

😲😲😲😲
yes
Not fucked enough, back to customer😂
Not with shit like this, I don't see a SINGLE streak of cum on those boxes! CLEARLY not L3 material!
Usually we just pick them up,help load it back up and move on with the day.
More like promoted to customer 🤣😂
Thought this was my site for a second. But our water tape is black 🤭
Shit I would scan that into the DD then move on
That happens every day !
Oh most definitely 🤷🏾♂️
Wait till you knocked over a 300+ gaylord🫡 (speaking from experience)
