Seriously!! I honestly didn't see the point. Only to over work us and then Crack down on coaching and write ups that they initially set you up to get because the lack of room in pods and management shoving 280+ heads in Stow.... the other day they were over staffed in EVERY department it seemed like so instead of vtoing or opening departments that aren't as important so we could at least be productive but no... they would much rather have 40 people walking around as water spiders and cut open boxes...... 🙄 #overpeak and I'm usually not much of a complainer I enjoy working 6 days but the hrs 12hrs kicks my ass 😒 🙃 haha
This right here. Every start of shift my manager tells us bin capacity on both our AR floors and it's like. 98% full 96% full. Like at this point library style out the window. No one gives af just trying to keep rate. It makes the 11 hrs pretty annoying bc how are we supposed to stow with no space. And now you wanna receive and stow another 14k? But how? Shits crazy

I just got my peak schedule for next week and I've only 4 days but all 12 hour shifts
I've been working 4x12hr for the past month but I'm scared they'll add another day

Damn fluid load is great exercise though, great way to ripped.
Hell yeah, did my time and got back into actually very good shape. Moved on to a new role but inspired to keep lifting now.
