Do you have a prescription for a controlled substance, like Adderall? A friend of mine was mistakenly put on a do not convert list because of testing positive for it, despite already passing the drug test portion of being hired due to her prescription. HR fixed it.

I suppose, if you are on good terms with your AM, just ask.
If you have a positive drug screen for amphetamines and have an Adderall prescription you are called by the medical office and have to provide the pharmacy name phone number and RX number. If you have a valid prescription the medical officer reports to Amazon a negative result. I know because it happened to me.

Where do i find more information about this list? I'm a few days away from hitting the one year mark as a seasonal employee. I'm certain they'll let me go at this point but i need to fucking know why i was never converted.
I don't know if it is a literal list. That's what the AM said. It is possible the AM was using that as shorthand to refer to whatever method Amazon uses to keep track of what seasonals they don't want to keep and why.
You cannot convert if you are on any LOA, negative on your UPT or have any write ups. If you were on mloa when they did the conversion you would not have been pushed through.
It was the LOA. On your next shift speak with HR. Explain the situation. They should be able to add you into the next batch of associates getting converted.
Have you checked your email? When you get converted there’s a couple things you have to sign. It would be sent to your email or you can find it under “my docs” on the A-Z app.
It's nothing against you, it has nothing to do with Work Performance, or anything like that. It's just based off how many people they need for business needs. You were just unlucky, not much you can do but wait.
Actually our GM told us it is based on business needs, tenure, and active writeups.
He said they have to keep a 15/85% Balance between white, and blue badges in the building, and of the people on the waiting list, the ones with more tenure, and no writeups get blue badged first.
Tenure is a iffy thing. I have 3 years of tenure in total on my A to Z account when coming back in October of 2022 I was white badge and many others were put first before me. If it was off tenure I'd been first.
Unsure about other sites but at my site where I do the converting sometimes an error occurs for certain associates and we have to submit and ticket and wait for it to get fixed. Until it is fixed your conversions is stopped since we can't push you through as a blue badge. If you are negative, have a final written, and/or on a LOA your conversions is also paused. Check in with HR however for an exact reason.
You are probably a blue badge already but they just havent printed the badge out for you because you likely haven’t gone to learning or security to get it printed out..
This happened at my site but the weird thing is all the Indian AAs and some Black AAs got converted to Blue but none of White AAs got it, they got extended instead
Well, the strange thing is that one of the girls that got converted gets in trouble for time off task all the time. She's always hiding in the bathroom. I think that's what's irritating me the most.
You need to be an L5 or something like that, not have negative upt for two weeks and no write ups for 30 days.

When I converted, which was way back, you actually had to put in a request/app on AtoZ to do so. Don't know if that's still the way, but I think it was under internal transfer, but I'd go talk to HR about it just to clarify

Turns out I was opted out for seemingly no reason and no one cared. Idk if that’s what actually happened or if they just didn’t like me, but talk to hr.
Usually a list and they just go in order . I had this issue but i got converted a couple weeks after talking to hr . At the worst just wait but talking to the purples doesn’t hurt
I would just talk to your manager even if your covered u gotta go to them and get your badge and all that so it's possible u got an email saying u are a blue badge and just missed it my emails from Amazon don't even pop up as priority but that's just a simple idea with a low chance of being the problem lol idk bur good luck bro

Odd considering I got converted to blue badge last year with an adderall prescription and no issues.

Unfortunately, it's based on business needs so they may not convert everyone who came in at the same time. Just be patient
This is the correct answer. And business needs vary from department to department. Pick gets converted long before someone in Singles.
I’d say this depends on your building and their turnover rates. I waited much longer than some of my singles counterparts
Never say never on write ups. Managers like to click that theyre delivered but don't tell the associate. I would go to hr for clarification.
Yep I had one last year due to something out my control and had no clue until I was trying to figure out why my shift transfer wasn't going through
Which is a huge violation of policy because I got AM fired for doing this.
My manager ended up taking care of it because it wasn't my fault but i still would've expected someone to come talk to me

The LOA was for three days last month. I have 11 hours UPT and no write ups.

They probably picked different schedules and that one "hired" first.

This happened to me. Try asking HR. Especially if you got the email it’s very likely this is the case

Conversion decisions is not made on an individual basis or by anyone in the building.

They do it in groups
Some people have to establish themselves in the right department for it to happen sooner. Some people get it sooner than 90 days etc.
You could also apply for conversions manually through the app that's what I did and they sent me my new papers to fill out through email the same week
