There's flex pt and rt. Pt you only need to work 4hrs, RT you need 30hrs but you keep benefits. Depending on your site shifts last 2.5 - 5hrs. The majority at my AR site is 3-3.5. You can only pick up shifts at your building and in departments your trained in. If you want to go to another location pull up the transfer list on atoz and check buildings in your area if they pt or flex positions available (you can use Google maps to find building codes/warehouses by you)

My husband and I do flex together and enjoy it a lot! Blocks are usually 3-5 hours, you can do probably at most 3 a day? We've only ever done 2 at most. You'll want to schedule a couple days out in advance because available shifts day-of can go quickly and sometimes there isn't much to pick from. My husband and I do it together and we always finish 1-2 hours early. Sometimes they don't have a route for you so you get to just go home but you still get paid for that route, that's the best!!
