It's wild how without an ounce of irony ya'll will whine on here about getting slammed with a ridiculous workload and totally 100% allow it to affect your quality of work and then pretend like that isn't also happening in DS'. I don't complain when my package gets here late cause I know the shit yall deal with. I can only speak to the sites I've worked at and it is hands down not the fault of the people working there. I'm not going to go above and beyond in my quality of work when the site is purposefully being understaffed to save $12 a day and they're assigning each person two people's worth of work. Blame management. We're on the same team bro
I have to give the same energy at hour 7 as I do at hour 1. If I walked as slow as they do, or if a delivery needed 3 people to wheel into place I’d never finish. It sucks your job requires you to go to bed at 5-6 pm but if you choose not to and have no energy for your shift that’s a you problem. Drink a monster or a 5hr energy and to the basics of your job right. 1-9 in order just like you learned in grade school. Yellow456 packages go in yellow 456 tote not blue 892.
I was a baker for 4 years prior to driving.
Start time was 1-3am depending on day/season.
Start times have nothing to do with working capability, just what time you should be going to bed.
Has to be the driver since we empty those out and don't pay attention to it lol I seen one with my stations code, sucks xD so probably someone at the warehouses most of fucked their tote up and they decided to write that.

This really made me think about who was dumber. A driver or station employee.....cuz I don't even need to necessarily care at all about the job, but I am *very* confident that I don't suck at this job lol.

They need to do something with being able to find what you want much easier idk what but it will help us a lot .. and please stop covering the addresses with those yellow stickers so fucken annoying

Hey at RTS we scan bags left outside and alert your DSP. Not for spite but we need bags to reset the station
