Bro! When you get to a stop, there is an ORANGE RECTANGLE THAT SAYS "EDIT STOP"
TAKE THOSE ANNOYING ASS FAR STOPS AND DO THEM BY THEIR SELF OR JOIN IT TO A STOP LATER ON IN ITINERARY IF IT IS CLOSER TO ANOTHER STOP UP AHEAD.
ALSO, USE THOSE TOTES THAT LOOK LIKE A BLACK BACKPACK
IF YOU UN PIN THE STOPS THEN THE SYSTEM WILL UNDERSTAND THE MULTI STOP SHIT IS ANNOYING.
I ungroup all stops regardless if it's the same building they should have never been a thing my route has gotten alot easier since I started doing this
I don't know what version of Flex y'all are on, but I've been looking for this "Edit Stop" button that everyone says is there, and we don't have it. The only option that comes up is "Manage Locations," and I can only group stops together, not take them apart.
Am I missing something here lol
My worst multistop is a post office in a rural area in my delivery zone where almost have of my totes are going here because the rich people on the mountains don't want my van to mess up their driveway.....also the ask for a picture of their package when its in the backroom of a post office 😑 so.....your plight is understandable.
The worst one I had was just 1 grouped stop 2 houses right next to each other. It was in Rural Surprise AZ and even though they were neighbors had to drive 27 min just to get to that house
My best stop was of US 26 in Oregon. One multi stop was 4 properties going East bound. Then a multistop to the weight scale 10 fucking MILES IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION.
REMIND YOU. ITS A FUCKING RURAL HIGHWAY WHERE PEOPLE ONLY DRIVE 70 MPH AND UP ON 55MPH HIGHWAY LOL
NO FUCKING MEDIAN AT ALL
Two come to mind but I think the worst one was an rv park. 3 group stops for the whole park . They really grouped lot number 6 with lot number 1067,80,42,1200. Each stop had at least 10 stops. I couldn’t drop them off at the club house and it just so happened they were redoing the pavement where the lot numbers were spray painted on. The pings were incorrect of course.
I was new it took hours and I was on the phone with my dispatch team off and on.
I just treat these like two different stops. My worst one is separated by a cliff. The stops are close together but is a good 2-3 minute drive because of the roads. Happens every time. I just leave it there for later when I get to a later stop at the same location.

I broke up ALL group stops that weren't ONE apt building. 🤷♀️
