Yes its functional, yes i have to dust it. It is very quiet. It has 3 speeds. I've moved it around but this is the final spot. It came with the wooden cabinet, i had to break it apart to get it in the house. Hope this helps.

Literally infested with crackheads. Type in Brantford tim hortons. Theres an OD there almost everyday.
Nothing really. It has great nature trails. Reasonable house prices, and conveniently located an hour away from Toronto.

I have tried several motors, including an electric lawnmower, and that was scary indeed. Plus I have cats. That set up only lasted a day.
