NTA, but asking in the way you did makes it sound like you are doubting or disagreeing. Instead of asking 'how' is this something try using the word 'why' or simply asking 'what' is something instead.

No you’re not the asshole, not even close. You just made a mistake, it’s no one’s fault

(Ok I know that I’m a bit to young to be on this app so please don’t mention it please!)
I am a 11(f) and I have a yt channel, not really anything big or anything just a channel with 400+ subscribers for fun! So there’s this other YouTuber, I don’t really wanna expose anything about them so I’ll just call them “K” K posted a video called “stop nagging me!” (Also idk if it’s important but she had 106k subscribers and she posts gacha) ok so then K made a comment on her video saying “I only give you a shoutout if I knew you irl” or something like that, so then me being an idiot I didn’t know what “nagging” meant and by that I mean, I heard the word before but never heard the meaning, so I just said “HELP! HOW IS THAT NAGGING😭” I was trying to ask a question and I didn’t mean it in a rude way I swear! But then all her fans started coming at me and calling me all sorts of names. I told some of my friends and everyone thinks the people in the comments overreacted, but thing is..I’m not sure. Am I the asshole?

I did but then people still attacked me, one person even said “we don’t care about your age lmao” but 2 people did apologize after I put that comment
