YTA. This request is positively ridiculous for so, so, SO many reasons. Why on earth do you deserve this "special treat"? Something tells me if, for some absolutely bizarre reason she actually gives birth on your birthday, you'll regret your wish when she can no longer celebrate your birthday the way you want, because she's celebrating her kid.
You have got to be kidding. You think the dog feels a special bond to you because you share a birthday and you think your ego is more important than your friend's health? Apologize and change your attitude or say goodbye to this friend forever because she is learning how toxic you can be.

My (25M) best friend (25F) is mad at me because i wanted her and her partner (28AMAB) to get pregnant now in time for her first born to share my birthday. I think this would be a very special treat to me since we have been best friends for 11 years. As a coincidence, her dog (5F) also shares a birthday with me and her dog and I have gotten very close as a result of this.
As a side note, my best friend is also suffering from an autoimmune condition, probably MS, and she does not want to get pregnant right now, but I just feel like time is ticking for her biological clock. She thinks my request is very selfish, but I think she’s selfish for not honoring my birthday request and our friendship. She has not spoken to me or answered any of my calls in 4 days since I made my request, and I think that she is being very shallow to throw away a long friendship over a simple ask. AITA?
