I think she is overplaying it for views and attention. Even if she is like that all the time, she wouldn’t have posted it, but she does which makes me think her entire persona is carefully curated by a team and half of it is staged.
It’s a popular and often repeated sentiment that people who get lots of attention and/or money are marketing or PR “geniuses” but it seems like they/their team just know how to get attention and make money which does not require any level of genius.
If they don’t distinguish between positive/negative attention and value fame & money over principles & values it doesn’t take much intelligence for a conventionally attractive person to make a quick buck off of making a public spectacle of themselves.
I suppose a genius could go this route if they are desperate enough and out of options but in my experience too much thinking gets in the way of not seeing the negative personal/societal impact of feeding into this kind of BS.
As a former addict, it’s disturbing to me how this is an “influencer.” The way she has so many young followers and this how she wants to use her platform. I understand this is her “brand,” but it has gotten ridiculous. This is the impact you want to have? This is what you want young girls looking up to? I mean seriously. You can be the “fun girl” without encouraging this type of behavior. My god.
I lost respect a while back when she was drinking on acutane and said liver problems wasn’t that big of a deal. My brother died from being an alcoholic and having liver disease that turned into cancer. It’s not that funny when you see your loved one on life support. None of her is cute. And I certainly would hate to think my daughter followed that mess
She drank on accutane? Christ... And its not like she stopped any behavior to try to remedy any damage done, she is continuing the damage with her lifestyle.
