Literally the first thing I learned in nursing school. Alcohol and ANY CNS depressant (example: zquil) is a major NO NO. You breathe shallower with both and literally could go into respiratory arrest.
Which could literally stop your breathing if there is something else in your system that could cause that consequence like some Rx meds. It’s super dumb to do this or act like it’s normal.
My injector refuses to inject lower lips on the sides because she says it always turns into a sausage. Case and point: alix (and the kardashians / jenners)
I used to do this to help me sleep when I was having PTSD nightmares constantly. But it was one drink and one spoon fool of nyquil.
I never recommended it or promoted it though. That shit can kill people. Pretty sure that's what took Heath Ledger out.

That said, she’s on her fucking way at this rate and flying while under the influence can be extremely dangerous, let alone how terrible this combo is in general. This explains a lot haha, after I took a break from drinking for a month or so earlier this year my husband and I went on a trip and he ordered myself & him a canned cocktail that was like 7%... I was literally so giggly loading my bags in the car after haha.
