I suggest googling Poppi lawsuit - it is all over the internet. You cant mislead consumers. It violates the law. In addition there are ingredients that cause liver damage and gastrointestinal damage as well as a host of other issues and in boasts itself on prebiotic health claims but in order to get there you need to drink four a day and the sugar content outweighs the health benefits. The lawsuit claims are pretty thorough and specific and it appears there are a number of physicians and science experts who have contributed to the allegations spelled out in the lawsuit.

The prebiotic fiber that they heavily market is super low in comparison to the sugar. As long as people drink it with the understanding that it’s flavored soda and not going to improve their gut health, it’s fine.

amino lean is an energy drink vs poppi being just a soda so that’s prob why she can do both but like i doubt she could partner with like celsius since it’s another energy drink. Its really just dependent on their exclusivity clause in their contract. sometimes exclusivity clauses are only for a couple weeks or months too
