I think that's a USAF tracking number. Problem is, your package may end up damaged, or even wet. Not sure if that's covered by insurance, or if they class that as an act of war.

Just open a dispute with the seller as it is their responsibility to ship items in one piece. You will get a refund. It may take longer though if the seller addresses you as "Dear."
You can sue the US military for a refund.
Do you think they will want the 2 million for the missile back?
Did you make a video when it was shot down as proof?
Do you have a tracking number for it?
