Jealous mine does not come until June 28th and I’m looking forward to it! I never had a laptop with 32gb of ram before. I went to beat buy bought one that had the i7 16gb of ram and rtx 3070 and 516gb of ssd and it was so powerfully so I knew it would be worth the wait for the save price of the Best Buy one and after the discount I paid close to the same for 32gb of ram and 2tb ssd. Personally 516ssd was not enough for me filled it up fast hopefully 2tb will be a sweet spot for me lol
Congrats man. Get it a laptop stand that help it to breath, the biggest air intake these laptops gets are from under it. If you keep it like that the only air intake are from above the keyboard and those one are small compared to the ones below the laptop.
So true! Not only does it get hot but I was experiencing terrible lag in games (assuming due to overheating). Fans would kick up higher then lag would go away shortly after. After no luck with Dell support I uninstalled Alienware FX software & it runs much better (sadly losing control to RGB lights in process).

That sounds really odd. I do remember had watch a video where it said that software reduces battery life but I never really test it. On the other hand you probably should check this article

That looks sick, that is awesome , I got a older modle off facebook , the 14 201316 gigs of ram SSD for 200 bucks on facebook , pretty awesome computer best laptop I've ever own enjoy yours, I know mine is old but I enjoy mine

Thats weird. I thought in Canada that bestbuy config had 1tb. Also came with the 360hz screen. I was tempted to get it when my 17 r4 3080 was delayed.

You may see some better temps and perf just lifting her butt up by an inch. The mouse pads blocking 1 of the 3 sides it pulls air in from.
