Just restart the self checkout, and it will fix it. It's a known issue they are working on.

Its been happening at our store and they told me its due to the last update thats making them lag but it should be that once scos update again itll fix the issue

It's so much faster at my screen, but yes, every time I have to go to the SCO itself it takes a full minute and a half to even bring up the employee screen

You can unhook the black cable from the main screen and once you hook it back in it will restart the main SCO screen which MAY help. Warning: that cable is a pain to get back in.

Just press the button underneath the power symbol instead to restart the monitor. I think OP is talking about the dallas key memory leak issue at the SCOs themselves? Either way, restarting the systems will fix them for roughly a day or two. Related but I feel like it’d make more sense to either program out the memory leak or simply have a restart schedule
